your whole spiel is saying that ppl got bored of holding the cartels all day its litterally the same right now ppl afk at the cartels so that it never appears to be full and just mass the money. You think holding hands isnt a thing right now? it is... i think as a developer having powerful gangs with active people should be #1 on ur list cuz atm you just have mass numbers of gangs with very few people in each. and fights are non existant olympus has money flowing straight into gang banks and there are fights constantly because people want to make money for there gangs since sheds cost 30 million (3million asylum) and ifrits are expensive to comp for losses.
