With the new weapons we'll be taking a look at additional armor variants in the future once higher tier guns are implemented in the main server.

Yes, the console case is very rare. It's less rare then a gold ingot but still very rare. This is a difficult event to start. Yes you need one of each for the console, and one of the ones required for each.
