With the Daytona 500 coming up this Sunday, the Thunderbirds begin their fly ins for the big race. (I personally do not watch/follow NASCAR). However, this section does not prohibit the dropping of any object if reasonable precautions are taken to avoid injury or damage to persons or property. I dont see an aircraft so you're doing it legally.
