@Mark Zuckerberg you were one the the best APD lads. Ya always had to deal with my shenanigans. But we understood how to handle eachother in RP. I hope you company thrives. To the fullest. 
Ill never forget one of our earliest memories. When a civ shot you and I blew his head off. I still got cuffed. But the Zucc was in danger. Thanks for the great RP times. Feel free to contact the O'Neill when you wish.

Officers Name : Swoosh  Reason for Appraisal : He was really understanding to a new lad who just appeared on the island without any knowledge on how to live there. The officer taught the man about guns and their bullets aswell as downing rounds. He was very considerate upon knowing he was new. Giving him some knnowledge and tips. He aswell helped me with full ears upon my situation of bringing someone in and helping me go through a proccess. Suggested Reward : 50k and some flashbangs

Officers Name : @Promethieus    Reason for Appraisal : For being one of the few officers that isn't a dick towards bounty hunters at first glance. It was a pleasure and an honor to rescue the officer and his cadet being held captive by some rogue bounty hunters. After being captured I sent a message to talk as loudly as possible, he actually compiled which made it possible to find and save him. He was both kind and curtious to me and even the person who attacked him. His RP was spot on and was even nice enough to reward me. At no point did he try to make assumptions or "robo-cop" anyone at the scene. These a qualities I both respect and encourage out of all officers in the APD. I wish Officer Connor O'Neil the very best in his endeavors within the police force.   Suggested Reward : Two free loadouts of his choice,  coffee and donuts
