We would also like to point out that the "infringement" this time is being caused because of code that is commented out in our mission file. Literally they have cited code that is non functional and has not been in quite some time.
We hope to have the message removed shortly.
Edit: The specific issue they have cited to Paratus was fixed in code on 4/29/16 by the way.

We are once again aware of the BattleEye message being spammed on the server. Paratus is aware of it and is in contact with our friends at BI. As of right now BE is still running, and should likely not see any disturbances, other than the annoying message.

But long story short i was chased, i flew towards the end of the map and ejected out of my heli with the wish of atleast emptying a mag at you guys midair. However i took a parachute and it just put me in freefall mode so that was a waste. Had been swimming around in the ocean for a couple of minutes considering what i feared more, sharks or jailed flying right above me. I got picked up by Alshiq and went to Panagia where i let Shade know that i wanted a Last Stand! (I got 1 tapped by norwegian).
