I agree it does depend on which admin you have but it also depends on the type of situation. Where as if you got banned for RDM and the banning admin is busy but you have counter proof, any admin can lift that ban for you. I have done that many times before. But you are right theres small groups that are treated different whether it be playing favorites or keeping them banned for the longest length possible Unfortunately I don't make the ban lengths but I personally feel it should be reduced. Especially because sometimes its really just lag being a factor but whenever I handle a DPI report, we have multiple peoples opinions before placing a ban and I know some of the other admins do the same thing.

I mean when players have a bad history of bans, they won’t learn their lessons. Most bans with rdm, vdm, and cl are usually resolved fairly quickly and lifted with warnings. Then you have players blatantly DPi glitching or vdming others to gain a huge advantage. We cant just slap them on the wrist when they continuously break the same rules. Accidents are one thing but when we receive videos of people purposely hitting someone with a vehicle then getting out to kill them. We have to ban them and let them think about their actions

the problem is we will never be able to please everyone. The veteran players enjoy it because they have already established their housing and cash flow to continue fighting cartels, a good portion of the server are veteran players that have been around for quite some time. Mitch made a post about a hypothetical wipe and it received a lot of negative feedback.

Wiping everyone was brought up several times with the last community meeting and I personally think it would be a good idea. It would drive away a good part of the community especially those who worked countless hours to build what they have now. Some suggested wiping bank and housing inventories only but maintaining those properties. You may think “oh he doesnt care if its wiped , hes an admin and can spawn things in” while it may be true i could spawn things in, id mainly spawn in events for players to earn starting cash and to not benefit my own game but id still have unlimited supplies. I have always found restarting somewhat fun to an extent but at this time mitch said he has no interest in wiping the server. TLDR: Wiping the server may drive more long term players away from the community and we wouldn’t want that

On top of this, we do have lives outside of this game that takes priority. Tickets get resolved when someone has time with them. Sometimes a ticket can take 1-2 hours and sometimes can be open for 2+ days. Just have to be patient @Hviox
