You'd have a hard time being an admin. haha.

You eventually learn to ignore the bullshit that gets messaged to you. If you know you're in the right, then who gives a shit what salty children say.

Very true, that's why instead of trying to be an admin, I have chosen the life of a humble police officer. And to be fair, even when I stick to downing, the salty children find their way to me anyways. Despite my efforts of hiding in a corner, hoping that a pistol banger doesn't appear. I still have nightmares of my times in Kavala.

The question more cops need to ask themselves on Tanoa is "can we reasonably be expected to capture live suspects, take them to an HQ, and process them without a guaranteed loss of detainee, life, or both?"

    And then load lethals.

I would totally love to load lethals. But then I have to deal with an entire gang of tanoa players harassing me later, texting me over and over non-stop, telling me I'm going to be reported, I misused lethals, frankly, I know that they are wrong. But I really don't want to deal with a bunch of kids spamming me with messages and threats of reports.

I'm purely curious. What do you use tents for? I've only seen them used for RP purposes... And I can't seem to think of any other reason..

People who don't have enough people to do a full federal reserver robbery, but don't want to do a smash and grab and only obtain 1 or 2 bars will place a tent hidden in the fed. This way, they can fill it with gold bars, and even if they get caught, the APD has to find the tent. If they don't, they can return and grab them later without triggering the alarm.

  4. It is a rough idea like you said. But with some polishing up I would like to see some kind of oil mission besides the rig, and a way to add in the HEMMT Fuel. I remember seeing somebody suggest an idea similar to this, but more along the lines of it being like a drug runner or delivery mission and it got a lot of positive reviews. Maybe with some changes in how it works this could be a good way to make money legally. Or at least one that's a little less time consuming.

The only thing I don't like about this is the medic perks, cause you know, career cop, medic slot + this = not that useful slot.

Other than that I like it with what House said,

For the og idea of tac vests I will say not since that can give you an advantage against pistol banging in Rebel and normal civ will have access to the same stuff that bounty hunters have whoch I think is a bit unfair ( I dont really know why so don't ask me that, I just feel it that way)

Im not too fond of the medic talents for rebel/civ either tbh. I think APD medics and medic slots is quite enough. But if you replaced that with more rebel talents for people with rebel licenses to use seems like a good idea in my opinion. Give people more of a reason and an added bonus to do actual rebel actions like banks, feds, cartels/turfs, etc.  instead of snipe Kavala pistol bangers for kicks.

  6. Well regardless of how many talent points you have, with Master Bounty Hunter, you can't get the Marksman taken (and vise versa). Not to mention you can't have both licenses at the same time. So I don't see what you really have to gain from more talent points since that seems to be your problem. Besides, 27 is plenty enough to get the talents you use the most. Not to mention 1.5k to unlearn one talent and get another is a small price to pay.

How about a rebel talent tree like I suggested for 8.0 you get rebel prestige for capping turfs cartels robbing the fed bank doing prisons robbing stores etc... this prestige can be used for things such as less hefty fees for illegal vehicles, Faster blood bagging defibing special talents including the ability to buy rebel clothes at normal stores 5.56 in gun stores faster drilling faster flag caps etc. for example of how much prestige you get for each activity would be

-12k for helping contest turfs, 15k if you capped it

    20k from capping a cartel

    10k to finish a bank

for Feds each dome cracked gives you and gang mates receive 5k

    robbing stores you receive 2k

each talent is expensive as fuck such as 40 to a full tree being 300-500k numbers can be reworked really tired rn so I'm spitballing if anyone can get behind it I'll make a concept chart tonight and get some feedback on it

Now this sounds like a more stable and fair system to me. This wouldn't so much give people advantages over all other players, but rather add more incentives and rewards for the vast sea of Asylum's rebels. Personally, I think this would encourage more gang v. gang activity as well. Plus, if rebels receive this prestige for doing banks/feds etc. maybe the robbery talents like explosive experts (etc.) could be moved there to add more of a reason and bonus to robbing the fed or bank. And make it a bit harder to get those oh so useful talents. Just an idea
