In my opinion, allowing others to have keys to your housing would be so broken. Imagine, my friend having a really exclusive house like for example an Abdera house instead of having to try to buy the house from someone else I could just let my friend use his house when he's offline. This would cause problems for the real estate market. Taking this into account I personally would not see this as a good idea. I mean I would love it, but I feel like it would break the real estate market so -1. sorry.

Add keys to houses that you can share with people on gaming-asylum/my by putting in their player ids. Probably too good to be true, but ya.

i understand man but ive had very bad experiences in the past with these admins helping their friends out ... in a biased way when having to deal with someone... i feel like they shouldnt be on either side and just try to get both stories but they are biased...
They shouldn't, but they are, every single one is, and here is why...
No matter how much someone claims to be "unbiased", everyone is even on a subconscious level IE, they are being biased even if they don't think about it. Now... When you compare the admins of Asylum to, for example, a customer support member of a gaming company like Blizzard, there are 2 distinct differences...
1. The Customer support of other gaming companies doesn't know every member of the community, so it's practically impossible to be biased in a situation, where as here, that's not the case and sense you need to be a good standing member of this generally small tight community in order to be a part of the staff, it will never be the case.
2. No matter how much an Asylum Admin cares about their position, as far as I'm aware, none of them are getting paid to do what they do, it's completely voluntary, contrary to that of a professional customer support member who gets paid for their services. That being said, if an admin is removed from the position, they don't have to worry about losing their home in the process.
TL;DR - Trust me, I know where you are coming from. There are "cliques" in all parts of the community and nothing will ever change that. Even if they changed the entire admin team to a completely new one, within a few weeks it would go back to what it is now.
P.S: If you actually have a problem with an admin, I can assure you they are (for the most part) professional and might even appreciate it if you voice your concerns with them privately, and that might even give them a reality check.

theyre never around to do there job
Someone's taking care of the thousands upon thousands of support tickets, player reports, compensation requests and ban appeals, so never might be a bit of a stretch.

If an admin is abusing their power, get evidence and submit a report here, I can GUARANTEE @Olio would be MORE then happy to shove his boot up their ass if you submit a legitimate inquiry.
If you hate it so much, here is a link to another Altis Life community you should check out!

That'd be great if there wasn't a 1km radius around a city where you can't deploy the lab.

I'm not suggesting strict RP rules forcing people to dive into a character. As it currently is, the more a civilian RP's the lower their ticket is expected;however the cop also has to RP back.
Cops refusing to RP would parole/full ticket anyway, I see no problem in just always rewarding cops with the players bounty, regardless of pardon/reduction. This could lead to officers being too "nice" to civilians. To counter this there could be a system that provides 'points' similar to prestige that could be used to buy vehicles or cashed out to money. These points would be earned based on how much money you make the government. (Higher Tickets/Prison) I know it's a bit silly but its all I could come up with. I believe there can be a middle ground where everybody wins.
I'm not sure if this is possible. @bamf
I'm not trying to transform Asylum into a Hardcore RP server, I just don't see the point in punishing civs while rewarding bad cops.
Makes sense, and I agree, might've misunderstood your OP.

It's pretty much the eternal conflict. Fixes to the problem are constantly discussed amongst the Captains, trust me, but roleplay is too largely open to interpretation. Nothing will be able to end robo-copping without making strict rules that won't be put into place because Asylum is really popular for their lax rules regarding roleplay. We aren't a community like CG. While it makes Asylum the most popular Altis Life community in all of Arma 3, there are drawbacks to having lax roleplay rules, and it's just something we need to deal with, everyone who consistently plays civilians feels your pain though.
