Rebels most of the time have to server hop where they don't have arms or turfs, and most of the time we don't even have our own turfs OR arms. MK18s at the very minimum are usually around 10k. They go up to 14k sometimes, and sometimes they drop to 8k. 14k for an mk18? I'd much rather a katiba. People aren't saying to give away money. Rebel loadouts need to be reduced, that's a fact. Full orca of rebels gets shot out. It happens all the time to people. Do you know how much they just lost? They lost at the very minimum 375-400k. This too basically^ It's not easy to hold cartels constantly, especially when there is a group cap now. You can't just invite everyone in your family so you can have 50 people to get the cartels

Best gangs on the server that can hold cartels regularly deserve to be rewarded. Badblood in the old days, synergy, etc. Were known to be "rich and powerful", and did they not deserve it? They were a thousand times better than any of the average players at that point. That's how life is, and that's how it works. The smaller gangs strive to get better and maybe they too can hold the cartels, or get good enough to join one of these gangs. At this point, loadouts cost so F***ing much that noone even wants to fight. Veterans don't even want to fight, nevermind the new players that are scared to lose. Asylum just seems like a job when you have a bad night and lose maybe 3 loadouts, then you're in the hole for a lottttt of money (120k). Chances are you didn't make a dime either, or if you did, you split that 100k bank 10 ways. Cops are so stressed out with losing loadouts and they lost their RP. Rebels barely want to fight because prices are sooooooooooooo high / the risk vs incentive isn't there. Cops deal with rebels much more "robocop" like to make their money back for loadouts, and then rebels hate cops, cops hate rebels, etc. MAKE COP LOADOUTS FREE AGAINNNNNNNNNNNN Severely reduce rebel loadoutsssssssssssss Make the game funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Everyone wins

All I see is you posting non stop but you're supposedly on a break? Why don't you go spend your time in a more useful manner if you are on a "break". Not to mention your cop bias is insane. It's like the cops like you want to completely stomp rebels off of the game. How would the server be fun for you guys if everyone quit? It seems to me that the cops are getting pretty bored because a lot of gangs are quitting. Maybe you should relax and play cop for the RP instead of trying to make every encounter 100% fair for both sides when it realistically will never be that way unless the group cap is gone so it can be 20v20 again, and cops are all given 7.62s. SOUNDS FUN! Not to mention from what I have gathered from you, you play earlier when its more rebels v cops. It's the exact opposite on the times you don't play, so the people you see complain that "cops op" see it the exact opposite from you. ^ this... Loadouts need to be reduced because fighting cartels for new gangs is discouraging when they get wiped. They lost 120k orca, 30k x however many guys they have. Tons of money for smaller gangs. Even bigger gangs feel the hits on the loadouts prices now. I think group cap should be put to 15 since there is almost always a ton of cops on now, and loadouts for rebels AND cops reduced. This is a game to have fun, but like a few people have said, it has become more of a job to a point where people are actually spending their hard earned money out in the real world to BUY virtual money because it is such a hassle. I'm not complaining about just rebel loadouts, because even cop loadouts are a good 6k a whack to go back to a situation and get dome pieced by something absolutely stupid. It's just too high imo
