When I made SGT server 2 had just come out and I was one of 7 SGT's. When I made LT a month later I was one of 5 LT's. It was super competitive and extremely hard to get promoted. But I never played the way I played just to get promoted. I played cop the way I thought it should be played and it so happened to work out for me. It's called going above and beyond.

And news flash, if you think being a good cop, knowing the rules, and being helpful and respectful to your fellow officers = sucking dick, you are going to have a huge wake-up call when you graduate from video rental store employee.
There is no need to sit around being a brown-noser to get promoted as long as you are present and perform your duties well. If you spend most of your time as a civ then you likely will not get any kind of promotion since promotions are based on the time as a cop. Moreover, the number of higher up positions significantly decreases meaning the spots become much more competitive. If half the LTs think you are a shitty person, good luck making SGT. You have to work harder to get noticed for those positions. Every single higher-up has put in the time and effort necessary to earn those positions. It's not easy and it demands a large amount of time from the player.
If you haven't been promoted, instead of blaming others you really should look at what you aren't doing right and improve on those areas. If you acted like this at a company, you would either never see a promotion or they would can your ass for being a little whiny bitch.

Let's see if this time it'll be taken in consideration.
1. Entering any kind of vehicle as a civilian will result into you losing ALL your magazines / 1 mag

2. Cars despawn and do not save with the server.
3. Syncing doesn't work properly. ( EG You sync 5 minutes before restart but you still get synced back where you were 7 minutes ago )
4. Vehicles that despawn on server restart sometimes despawn from your garage aswell.
5. The Drug cartel does not always allow you to take the money out of it unless you soft log.
6. When wounded hitting something while your seatbelt is on heals you instead of damaging.
7. Hitting fences is too sensitive and makes you lose to much health ( bug idk ? )
8. Finished up setting client forces you to relog and make you lose everything upon relogging. ( Dropping everything on the ground is a fix )
9. Creation of weapons at the factories come w/o ammo.
10. Crates despawn upon restart(s) untill the next server restart.
11. Buying a house results into getting items from year(s) ago. This will promote people to exploit.

23. People that have been killed in the back of the orca can't be pulled out. You can't even jump in the seat to make him fall out since it will make the dead person switch seats. Despawning the orca is the only solution.
24. Slim chance orcas spawn w/o windshields
25. Ability to parole speed tickets..? ( bug? )
26. Orcas that get created at the vehicle factory are placed so close to the wall that amateur pilots blow up instantly
27. Bug/exploit : Soft logging removes the timer of a defib
28. Upon relogging you will get a fugitive tracker of a random player thats wanted.
29. Spawn points are bugged and blows up cars/helis if theres a vehicle within 10 metres of the spawn
30. Slim chance crates multiply in a house with the same menu items.
