No matter where you are on cop you should have a car. It was made that was for the realism factor of hopping in the car to check the records on your computer instead of just pulling someone's criminal record out of your ass in the middle of the ocean. Doesn't need changing.

Being able to 1 tap from 900m+ because half of your hitbox is 1 shot-able is not skill. That makes it a game of positioning. You think cartels are boring now? Remove CSAT and then watch. Everyone will be too scared to expose any part of their body.

So summed up in this video you have a cop ramming the vehicle, unnecessarily using lethals(?), shooting an unarmed non evading person, and probably searching and seizing of items before he even talked to the suspect. The Sgt who passed this kid on his ride along deserves the points right along with him IMO

Im a bit confused since I just read the server rules and per the server rules if someone ignores your warning shots you are allowed to disable the helo, ways to disable a helo 1) neutralize the operator 2) break the rotors 3) break the engine 4) shoot out the gas tank. Since the server rules say that warning shots are indeed initiation (ignoring them gives me reason to shoot you down) and even by your own admission warning shots are allowed, how exactly are we not initiated at that point?
