When the idea was proposed it was proposed with a 45 second timer. In reality it should take less time to regear yourself than to use the system IMO.
It takes me WAY less then 15 seconds to buy an MXM 8 rubber 4 leathal 2 flash and 2 smoke...
The part that sucked was dropping all the useless 5.56 and 9mm mags.

I believe the RCO is only suppose to be fitted on the L115. The AK12 should be compatible with it as well, anyone is welcome to try it in the virtual arsenal.
The RCO is also fittable to the katiba.

Hello Everyone,
In the past there was an optic's equality post on APD vs Rebel optics on servers 1-5. Why must it happen again with Rebels have many many more choices of optics then the APD on Server 6?
@Paratus Care to explain the inequality ?

Durga actually brought discipline. Cops and Civs alike feared/respected him. Was he perfect? Gods no. Was he an important facet in creating a better APD, absolutely.
I didn't really care for some of the things he did, but I respected the fuck out of him. He took the hate and that was something needed. The decisions that people hated him for were not his alone, they were the will of the Captains as a whole.
Durga was a goddamn Captain. And it showed.
I defiantly agree with the discipline statement. Currently it feels like the captains only harshly discipline people that speak out about other higher-ups. And yes the points system is definitely not doing what it was intended to do. But Durga ended up stepping down for the same abuse of power and stopping people from speaking out like Boris pointed out. Yes people feared him, respected him I'm not to sure about.

While I may not agree entirely with what HotWings said here, I was part of this argument. And I agree with the part where Ed was being very stubborn and abused his power trying to force changes on APD Staff when a lot of staff members spoke out against it. I personally asked what the other captains thought about this, questioning if Ed had been making these changes with the approval of the other captains (since they weren't partaking in the VERY heated debate). And I was personally called out and told "@Psycosis HOW DARE YOU" And then shortly there after told to get into voice comm's on discord to chat with Ed. I somehow managed to maintain my position and rank in the APD, but I was allowed to voice my opinions without being removed. I also have some very fond memories of Ed, like shooting a drone out of the sky. Or saving video footage of a certain gang VDM'ing his ocra in pygros HQ. But power corrupts.
In closing here is a quote that I think fits this situation perfectly.

Sorry Gents, But Durga isn't the answer to this either. There were different problems back in the days of Durga. I remember SGT's and LT's during that time frame demanding changes be made to playtime requirements, and those demands being ignored / told to step down. And nothing changed until a large percentage of existing LT's and SGT's stepped down, and then the Captains stepped down.

4. If you are require permissions ask for them in the #general_lobby channel
How to setup Push to talk keybindings
1. Click the settings button
2. Click Voice in the User Settings Window
3. Click Input Mode drop down and change to Push to Talk and set keybinding
How to setup Addtional keybindings
1. Click the settings button
2. Click Keybindings in the User Settings Window
3. Click add a keybind (Toggle Deafen mutes discord voice, Toggle mute mutes your mic)
4. Click Done to save your keybinding!
How to disable the Push-to-Talk Ding
1. Click the settings button
2. Uncheck PTT Activate and PTT Deactivate
3. Click Done
How to disable Text to speech / TTS
1. Click the settings button
2. Click Text & Images
3. Uncheck Allow playback and usage of /tts command
4. Click Done
