+1 for Alex, I was actually going to make one of these for him last night but I forgot so here's my version.

Description: Alex is a pretty cool and calm guy to play with on cop. Although he can seem quiet at first, once he gets to know you he'll talk a bit more around you. He is extremely active and I always see him helping out Cadets or doing Mock RAs for them. I must admit that once I saw he didn't get SGT, I tried to offer him a transfer to P3 (after noticing all the hard work he's been putting in these past months) to which he denied which shows some dedication to P1. He has good leadership but sometimes gets a bit nervous around higher ups, I'd recommend giving him a better look this month and maybe he can finally earn that promotion he's been going after.

Description: Alex has been very cool and kind to interact with while on civilian. He's one of my favorite officers that are assigned to Precinct 1, whenever I get processed by him or see others get processed by him he acts with the utmost respect and courtesy. His respect and courtesy extends even when he is placed in shitty situations such as; HQ being put under attack by me and my group, later on I turned myself into him and he completely forgot about it or rather didn't take that into account when processing me, he lowered my ticket an extremely high amount regardless of the fact we were killing him and other officers over and over. He has impeccable role play skills whilst on cop when interacting with civilians and is resourceful with it. He is extremely professional and methodical in his processing and listens to what you have to say and re-acts to it and furthers the role play experience. 
While Patrolling with him on cop and during banks he also has good leaderships skills (from what I have seen) and respects those around him. During shitty situations, he doesn't act out or get aggressive towards other officers which is a nice thing to see. I'm sure if he continues acting the way he does he'll have a good crack at Sgt. 
TL;DR Cool dude, good role play and team effort.

Dafuq did I do now?

There has been a lot of new civilians recently, and they have no idea what to do. Sometimes you may give them rough time and they don't even know why. Everyone should know what to look for to see if someones new and what you should do.
You can tell if someones new if they are driving a quad bike and you do not recognize their name, they are driving a normal hatchback, or if they are wanted and they have no idea what you are talking about. You can also ask to search them to check their licenses, in which case if they have very few, then they are more than likely new.
When finding someone new, you should go over a few things to help them understand what to do and how to enjoy their time on Asylum.
Give them some starting capital (money) Explain to them basic server rules (rdm, vdm) Let them know to role-play when encountering cops for better time/reduced tickets Let them know how to make money, and the risks of making it illegally Send them link to the wiki (some people have hard time finding) (optional) friend them on steam Not everyone is new, some are very old players returning, or some were wiped. Either way it is always good to be nice and help out those with nothing. Not everyone wants to take the time to help them, but wouldn't it be nice to have someone to have helped you when you were new?
