    Not unless a sgt+ gives orders to the kidnapped officer explicitly telling them not to give any gear away.
    If the officer is kidnapped by someone in their gang or a known affiliate then they are forbidden to drop gear per section 1.13 subsection C of the guidebook.

    Added a new gang perk system! Gangs will now gain a new kind of experience point when any of its members gain in war rating. This system will be expanded in the future for non-combat applications. Members of gangs with sufficient ranking can use the gang experience to learn/unlearn perks. All perks in this system apply to each member of the gang. Rewrote the player nametag HUD system to be far, far more efficient. Everyone should see a noticeable framerate increase from this. Rewrote the medic system to allow more communication between player/medic clients, for future medic content. The allow revive button now functions as intended and will not request a medic. The respawn button will be disabled for up to two minutes, but only when a medic accepts your request. A medic who accepts a request will now receive additional distance-based compensation when they revive that person, paid by the server. Medics will receive a small amount of compensation if their target is revived by someone else, or respawns. Medics will receive a notification if their target is revived by someone else, or respawns. Medic chopper price has been increased. Medic garage prices have been reduced. Police re-gear pricing fixes. Hotfix
    Fixed issue with medic names not showing. Fixed tracking bugs with APBs. Fixed reward/stats with APB evasion. Fixed a bug with prison break messages.

    If a bounty hunter takes someone you have in custody and manages to send them to jail then that BH can be charged with kidnapping.

    I would definitely love if they made a special rule for people that did transportation with the airplane. That way they don't have to worry about getting it stolen or shot. I understand that is part of the game, but getting protection defeats the purpose. Then you will have to have more planes/helis and pilots just to transport the protection with you.
    Could add in a new feature where you send a request to go from airport A to airport B. Pilot gets that request, picks up person at A and clicks button on phone to show they actually started at A and takes the person to B. Once person is at B pilot clicks another button on the phone and it sees the person that requested is in the area and you get money.

    Hey, after playing on Tanoa server for about 1 hour or so I feel as the HQ in george town is really bad positioned as we experienced earlier. I looked around town to see if there was any other places that could replace it, and luckily I found one that could be a good choice. I will post some pictures of it.

    Features: It is not as close to town as the other one is. It has less sniping positions for enemies, it is safer and has enough space for helicopters to actually be spawned on the ground instead of the roof with chances of being sniped as soon as purchased.

    After placing the orange and white road barriers they cannot be picked back up. Idk if that happens for any of the other placeable objects. I love to use them to add onto RP but haven't been able to recently cause I don't want to leave them in spots that could affect people after I leave.

    One thing I used to do on a Minecraft server I ran was give global boosts/rewards to everyone when there was a donation for a limited time based on amount donated. Those are well within the TOS since everyone is receiving them. Monthly goals, as mentioned before, which release cool, new and exciting things for monthly periods or permanently could also work.
    Some timed global rewards/boost.
    -Increase money from a random activity (cocaine, diamond, etc.)
    -Reduction in specific/all guns or vehicles
    -Put a weapon or anything in all house crates
    -Remove stamina or give unlimited red gulls
    And anything else that can be given globally.

    The map. Number one problem right there. Don't get me wrong it is a cool map and awesome setting, but my god the performance. Unless you have an upper end pc with some of the newer hardware you would get terrible fps in cities where you get most RP and it just made it unpleasant to want to sit there and RP which is why most cops would be checking illegal areas as soon as possible. Then the bugs were fairly bad (mem leak). Now, if it was modded Altis I can guarantee it would be thriving.

    Just to touch on your comment. You says cops are being money hungry because of a potential increase in a ticket, but then you say civilians are only willing to RP if there is a chance for them to get a reduced ticket (keep more of their money). You talk about RP, but only if one side gets/saves more money will they RP. How about you just RP every situation regardless of money amount.
    Regarding the original post. If anything this suggestion is more RP oriented because its adding more detail to a situation which is what RP is about. A small drug runner gets a lesser punishment whereas a full on gang gets the full extent of the law. So, to sum this up you can already do this as an officer. You can't increase the amount but you are allowed to reduce the price of a ticket as much as you want. It sucks they will still have to spend the same amount of time in jail, but at least you gave them a chance.
    Side note just to clarify what William was saying is not really increase the amount you get charged for a drug but rather make it where when adding the charge a smaller fine can be put on people with smaller quantities. I assume so that way if they can't pay they don't spend as much time in jail.

    I would say that is more of a question for the admin version of this thread. My view on this is that in the rules it says "Intentions must be clearly stated to the intended target" so it should be apparent the sirens are for a specific person/group.
    That is also why I think sirens should only initiate for vehicle to vehicle interactions or for announcing police presence in illegal areas/red zones.

    After reading many posts about medics, it appears that community would really like to get our medics whitelisted on the servers. Sneaky and myself are willing to lead this and kick it off. After we get it going, I would like a trusted member of the community to take over and continue to lead this.

    Medic is not meant as a tool to follow around your gang/APD or assist your gang/APD. Using medic as a tool to “stalk” your gang/APD will result in blacklisting.
    Medics are suppose to help everyone, whether APD, rebel, or civilian.
     
    There is no age limit and you are not obligated to be on Teamspeak. However, we do highly recommend you to play on Teamspeak to help coordinate different areas to assist civilians.
     
    Talents - 32 Total (May be more based on implementation) - 20 Max
     
    Combat Medic - ability to revive someone
     
    First Responder - see someones 911 request 1km radius of location
    Paramedic - see someones 911 request 3km radius of location
    Medic Dispatch - see 911 requests 5km radius of location

    Bariatric Ambulance - Ability to buy Offroad
    Quick Response - Ability to buy SUV
                -- Pop-up Clinic - Ability to station a temporary clinic (loaded into offroad)

    ---- Flying Doctor - ability to buy a Hellkat (new skin) m900? Only if the hellcat idea is shot down. currently the medic hummingbird has limited seating (to prevent gang abuse?) So if we whitelist we tell them not to abuse it and if they are caught they will be blacklisted.
     
    Public Service - receive taxi requests (scroll wheel option for tip - bank acct to bank acct)
     
    Trained Mechanic - ability to repair vehicles
    Grease Monkey - increase speed of repairing
    -- Triple A - receive vehicle repair requests
     
    Nourished - food and drink consumption reduced by 25%

    Orthopedics - splints are always available
    Orthopedic Specialist - splinting someone is 15% faster
    Orthopedic Nurse - splinting someone is 25% faster
    Orthopedic Doctor - splinting someone is 50% faster on others and you do not consume a splint

     
    Triage - defib 15% faster
    Triage Expert - defib 30% faster
    Triage Master - defib 50% faster
     
    Master Combat Medic - 5 minute cooldown is negated
     

     
    Small things to fix/add:
     
    Medic sirens have to cycle before being able to shut off. Change them to police sirens to turn on and off as you hit “F”.
    Option to drag knocked out players to a safer location.
    Helipad in pyrgos
    Ability to heal people to full health by putting them in/near the hellcat or a box truck.
    When someone actually clicks “request medic” they should not be able to respawn for a set period of time.
    Some type of talent to harvest organs from people who respawn. Sometimes people request medic and then respawn before you can get there. When they do this: Add a timed mission to retrieve their organs and bring them back to the hospital for a payout.
    Increase death timer to 8 minutes or so

     
    Random Suggestions:
     
    -Medics able to sell medical supplies from vehicles at an inflated cost (since it would be convenient.) They get a portion of the sale.
    - Make the revive system tougher. Someone who is revived should be fatigued and have the shakes until seeing an EMT or going to a hospital. (would help with the defib spam by cops/rebels)
    - Random chance of being in a “state of shock (downed and cannot be ziptied or could use the overdose animation)” when revived by a non EMT. Requires a medic to come and use an adrenaline shot to pick you up.
