    Make it to where anyone who is restrained be able to lockpick themeselves but with a lower success rate (maybe around 1 to 5%) but whenever you are in the process of lockpicking yourself, have some sort of sound or small hand animation so you can’t just break out without someone noticing. Seriously I’ve seen mfs irl get out of cuffs while underwater upside down in like 5 seconds (This is something that will rarely ever happen and won’t make your life any more difficult I promise, stop crying)

Due to the change of cartel rotations, some cartels need to be a little more balanced and completely re-worked, as some were designed for lower tier gangs / fights and aren't nearly as balanced as places like House Drug, OG etc. This change makes it to where there will be 4 caps at both Free Fire, and Peninsula, and should hopefully even out the balance between fights of each location. Location A Location A is a replacement for the current Island cap, the Island cap is currently not fit for the same size fights as something like House Cap, it's also not accessible from land and I believe there shouldn't be two caps that are like that (Oil Rig). This location is inspired by the southeast church cap in dom on Utes, that includes a few houses, and a church, the church is the same church that was in the old Mental Asylum, which does mean it has a spot on top where people can shoot out of. However, there are many places that can counter this strategy, such as rocks near the shore, or the forest to its southwest that can peak fight the guy in church. Or just slamming the front door with a vehicle. Every building has an interior but is limited to peaking outside due to their small windows. There are also many rocks surrounding the cap. Location B Oil Rigs and Arma dont go very well together, and also the new rigs objects were messed up when copying it over from a different mission which made it very buggy and fucked up, so instead of a condensed shit oil rig I made a facility inspired by a abandoned ww2 base in the ocean, which is way more balanced than the current Oil-Rig, this will be the replacement for the Oil Rig. Clearly you can see it's much more spread out, and has infinitely more places to drop people in a heli, it also has more docks and places to climb up. The bridges connects the small Octagons to the bigger main one, are designed in such a way where outer octagons are able to shoot players running down them, however there are very limited amounts of places where the middle island can effectively counter someone going down this bridge. This design is healthy for a large amount of players, but may be a struggle for a small amount of players, as there are many places to sit and watch the stairs or bridges. Although basically any defense strategy can be countered with a decent pilot just dropping people on the main center building. And even that has a counter which is the north Octagon which includes a deer stand, and a roof with sandbags which can be used to peak fight the main building, and the south Octagon which has a command center which can also be used to peak the main building. Also the helipad can fit a blackfish so dont worry abt rotor-tapping when landing there. And it has more layer to it so hopefully helis wont phase through it randomly. Also this time the objects won't be all fucked hopefully @ObiWoki And no the fps doesn't tank, maybe. Location C Location C is a replacement for the far south Oil Cartel. Due to it being so small and so far, it was originally designed to be one of the Oil locations following the Oil Rig, however with the new rotations it also just isn't fit for large fights. This cap is inspired by House Drug and some locations on other servers. This cap is designed to be mainly fought with Ifrits, thats why its relatively empty and spread out compared to my other caps. And for the sake of simplicity. (All images may be a little outdated and some issues may have already been fixed through testing)
