  4. I've wanted cheaper load outs for rebels for a long time. Spending 35K+ for a good load out is to much in my opinion.
  5. Sorry bud. You peaked another cop and I couldn't resist . That was a fun fed though. You guys were smacking us around. It really sucks that it got all laggy at the end. I miss the tough/chaotic feds. Keep them coming. How many gold bars did you guys get?
  6. Assisted Kidnapping has been added as a charge. This charge is worth 5k. Do not stack this charge. There will not be an option to add this charge using the scroll wheel. You may add other charges that equal to 5k. Do not tell them what charges you are adding. Just RP with them and explain that they are being charged with Assisted Kidnapping. Not to long ago the rule on kidnapping changed. Here is the current rule from a previous policy update. Kidnapping is only to be added to those who escort someone in restraints. This also applies to those we drive/fly/sail people in restraints as well. This new charge is added to anyone involved with kidnapping that does not meet the criteria above. For example, two bounty hunters are inside Kavala HQ. Bounty hunter #1 downs two officers. Bounty hunter #2 restrains and escorts the officers out of the HQ. Another officer downs and restrains both bounty hunters. Bounty hunter #1 would be charged with Assisted Kidnapping for downing the officers. Bounty hunter #2 would be charged with two counts of Kidnapping for escorting both officers out of the HQ. Obviously this is a basic example. You will run into situations that will be more complicated. Use your best judgment when adding this charge. Do not add this charge to a civilian just because they are in a group with someone who is being charged with kidnapping. Make sure they are truly assisting.   16. We sent that Hunter in to bait you. I knew you couldn't resist. If I remember correctly you were the only rebel at west gate and we wanted to start pushing in. And yes I know how to quick peak. You just never noticed before because I was always on P3. Now that I'm Captain I play on all the servers so you will see me around more often. When it comes down to it the APD should never lethal an entire group of rebels. Once the APD starts to gain control over a situation they SHOULD go back to downing. It can be difficult to determine when to go back to downing when fighting big rebel groups at the Bank, Fed or prison. Most rebel groups are on point with revives. So when we assess the situation we can't say there are 10 rebels so we will lethal 3 or 4 and go back to downing. Since the rebels we killed will be back up in no time at all. Also there isn't much we can do with the rebels on top of the bank roof. There have been plenty of times where the APD has downed everyone on the bank roof but when your fighting good rebel players it can be almost impossible. These days you just have to use your best judgement as these situations happen. So there is room for error when inexperienced cops are making these decisions. If your in a big rebel group and you feel the cops are killing to many of you it's probably because you are smashing them down to a pulp and there is nothing else they can do. Lets be real here some fights are over before they even start lol. One thing I do agree with is that cops need to learn how to surrender more often. There is no need to re spawn 4+ times to win a fight.
