    I play civ mainly and almost always have.  I've never claimed to be a "good rebel" or shot for the two months I was in a large gang and never really liked the big rebel gang culture.  It's a culture of selfish entitled teenagers that are to scared to play solo or in a 2-3 man group.  So they role around in an orca setting up in defensive positions so they can post edited montage videos to make themselves feel better and seek validation from their peers.  Then they ask to have the game changed to benefit them and not consider or care about its impact on others.   That's just my opinion with my own bias.
    Everyone plays Asylum for their own reasons and enjoyment, but claiming that playing rebel is hard and the largest population is woeful ignorance.

    Whenever I've played medic, I've run into the same problem and it's definitely a little disheartening when someone gives up on you when you drove/flew halfway across the map for them. 
    How much would a medic be paid for attempting to save someone? $400? Half of what you make actually reviving someone.
    Also, Altis is not 10,000km; perhaps you meant 10,000 meters = 10 kilometers.

    I 100% disagree with changing the group cap.  I want to start off by saying that the introduction of the group cap is one of my favorite updated in a while and made the game much more playable again from a rebel perspective.  20 v 20 at the cartels was not a good thing.
    However the problem, as I see it right now, lies not in the gang/rebel group cap, but in the actions of the cops.  The problem is that many of the higher-ups and the APD policy rolled out by the Captains don't have any sense of fair play.  Understandably people want to win, and it is mostly a reaction to the mega gangs, but the Captains have yet to change the numerous grey areas and policies built to handle mega gangs that now just damage the RP/Asylum experience for the sake of easier wins and more money.
    One of the issues is that fact then whenever a bank/fed(Aahahaha they don't happen!)/prison break is started and the cops move to the appropriate channel, as they should, everyone and their dog migrates over there to provide backup.  You start a bank/fed/pb with your 6 man group (what I currently roll with) against what you should was a fair 12-15 cops.  However by the time you are trying to evac, there are 25 cops with the original 15 being on their 3rd life.  The higher ups all hop on the server to get their play time in a way that is more enjoyable than patrolling because many people seem to have lost their interest in just general RP patrols.  You get trapped at the prison break because nobody can call enough enough and go back to patrol for the health of the server.  Everyone wants the money.
    Another is the abuse of many cop abilities to provide the best possible advantage in an engagement.  Every interaction with the cops seems to be them rolling up, chirping their sirens once, immediately getting out of the car and opening fire.  The sirens are on for less than 2 seconds and there is no waiting for you to put hands up or anything.  Rebels face are forced to provide a modicum of fair play when initiating roleplay with other civs and cops alike, but cops hit sirens and open fire instantly because $$$ > roleplay and nobody wants to lose.  I've lost countless choppers and loadouts to cops showing up and tapping sirens then getting out and immediately shooting while I'm trying to reland or get out with hands up to start RP.  Then they proceed to throw RP out the window because "I didn't hand myself in".  I've RP'd my ass of after getting caught so many times only to get a "well sir, I really don't believe that, but here is a 50% ticket".  Its sickening, I've lost the will to roleplay with cops because I can get better roleplay yelling hands up or die at a civilian in Kavala.
    The cop have gained so many advantages due to the mega gangs, and yet have not given up a single one since the gang cap was put into place.
    New policy needs to happen immediately.  Fair play needs to be respected once again.  The sirens for initation needs to be reworked to give reasonable time, just like verbal initation (which the cops also abuse).  Lets be honest, how many times have you heard "APD" and then been shot when you were already running around before they showed up without time to stop.  Lets make it so sirens need to be on for a reasonable amount of time (3 seconds) and the suspect needs reasonable amount of time following the sirens being on to stop the car/put hands up (which is what sirens are calling for obviously).  Beyond that, APD staff need to figure out on their end how they are going to handle rebel vs cop events in a reasonable manner so as to both provide a fair engagement and not pull their entire force out of every major city for an hour.
    I don't blame the APD for instituting these policies/actions, the server had some dark times with 30 person gangs rolling around.  But I do blame them for not changing their ways when the rebels have already been forced to.
