I had an issue with Squad/unit URL indeed aswell. Removing it re-enabled me to actually play. What would happen is that I would be able to get into the server, it would say "Group Channel", but then it would be just stuck on the map. It wouldn't continue to lobby. So definitely a +1 to that fix, helped me a week ago.
