Rather pauze the timer when restrained and continue when someone was rescued. Would be Nice if the APB kept going if you got rescued so the cops will try to have to catch you with the time they have left.

I see still a good amount of events every week. Usually I see a lot of toilet cleaning events on Server 2, perhaps try to go there! It all depends on which admin is only that does an event, as some have preferred servers

It's fine as it currently is. It's more of a "Bonus" anyways. An hour is fine, that makes sure that cannibals like @Monkeysz don't fill their crates

Becoming a bounty hunter and spec into Apex Predator is probably the best way to do this.

I sometimes have mem leaks but as simple as it sounds: ' -flush ' most of the Time works for me. You can do this by holding shift and pressing Minus on your keyboard; Then you type "flush" despite the fact its not actually typing anything. You should try it, and otherwise have a look at your RAM. I have a way worse pc than you and for me everything runs okay so you should be fine aswell.

I had an issue with Squad/unit URL indeed aswell. Removing it re-enabled me to actually play. What would happen is that I would be able to get into the server, it would say "Group Channel", but then it would be just stuck on the map. It wouldn't continue to lobby. So definitely a +1 to that fix, helped me a week ago.
