I've been in Kavala since 1925! Born and Raised! I served 8 tours in 2 World Wars. I've made friends. I've loved. I've lost. I've rebuilt my life a time or two. But now my summers are numbered. My bones are sore. I can't quite get around like I used to in my younger days. In the good ol days I could shoot a rabbit on the run from 2km away. But now my vision is blurred. Narrow and dark.
A few years ago, Kavala went from a beautiful paradise and quickly turned into a scene from Mad Max! Gangs start dropping in and robbing the good people of Kavala! The cops would defend the people the best they could. For months they had control. There was order. Peace with a few moments of chaos, but peace none the less. You could go to the local market and pick up some tactical bacon and a tent for the next fishing or camping trip you had planned with the family. Sadly over time this potato gang called, "Boats and Hoes" started placing its heals into our town. I feared the end of our beautiful town was upon us.
A few months after, these Boats and Hoes showed up. The local newspaper started reporting cops being taken hostage, and local workers disappearing, and killing sprees.  Day by day they grew and took more ground. Only to eventually take complete control over the city of Kavala. I feared we would never see the light of day again! The cops slowly started to disband from the city, just to let it turn into a wasteland.
As I get older. I no longer can I go to the market in peace. For I fear I may be shot, stripped of my cloth. or worst! Taken to the Church Of Canna and be burned alive as a sacrificed to their so called GODS!
I no longer have the ability to wield any big guns. The triggers are to heavy and my arms are to weak. But I need something. I need to feed safe in my city again. I only wish to be able to defend myself with out taking a life. I wish I could go to the market again and get my bacon in peace. This is why I plead with you today.
Please bless this old man with a less then lethal option to defend myself with. A Rook with downing rounds perhaps or a taser. Something light that I can use with my brittle hands and fingers to disable a criminal long enough to get away or get help. I feel like Kavala could be a bright and beautiful place again if only we the people could protect our self and our families and are city with out taking a life.

So I've bounced this around and everyone that I've talked to agree that It would be nice to have a Medic Shop at all the HQ's to allow us to fully gear up including Blood Bags, Pain Killers, Etc.

Hello friends. I would like to suggest a new way to make money and maybe added talents.
 
 
So I've bounce this around a lot of people and they seem to like the idea so I'll post it here and see what everyone else thinks.
 
Job Title; Tow Truck Service (Added Talent: Military Tow Service)
Duty: Whenever someones vehicle blows up. Instead of it being a total lost. Some who is doing Tow Service will get a call much like a medic does when some is down. When the worker accept the job he/she goes to said location on map and fixes the vehicle for ~50% of the cost to 25% of the cost. Could even have a menu like giving a ticket where one can negotiate terms of service. With added Military talent you can fix heli's and 50 Cal's.
 
I don't' know about you but I would gladly pay 25%-50% the value of my Heli to have it fixed. Or during combat have my 50 cal fixed. Would save money and be a good source of income for people
 
Feel free to add/edit the idea to fit the community.

Casino - Texas Holdem Anyone? Would love to put money on the table against people here.
Fight Club - The ultimate arena for 1v1 (if area is large enough 2v2 - 4v4) fights. Could have a ranking system to feed the meat heads here ego's.
Contract Killings - One thing I enjoy doing is putting 10k-20k sometimes more depending on the the individual on someones head with an objective attached....Like 10k to kidnap 10k to bring him/her to me. Or 20k to kidnap  and 20k to down every 7-8 minutes (in RP) and re-restrain for an hour. With this in mind I think it would be cool to put public contracts out to people. Normally I just do it in side-chat but would much rather have an official way of doing it. Have a button or station to go to. You put money down that you want. type out the objective. When submitted you have the option by phone to release funds to which ever individual is doing the objective, when your satisfied (or kidnapped and forced to lol) with their job.

RP is everything for (most) cops. You'll get a few robocops that just want the $, however I'm known for my improv and have gotten out of 100+k bounties by just going on 5-10 min rants. Get detailed.. If the cops REALLY needs details I like to start with "the morning" like, "So it started this morning...woke up to the smell of flap jack and bacon, so I woke up. Did 200 squats, boxed a bear. and caught an eagle before eating my flap jack, bacon breakfast because I'm a man!!" or some dumbass rant like that to start the pace...write down your charges so while your telling your story you can include detail related to your crime.
