illegal areas- Possible RDM?

Can you sit 700M- 1K out from an illegal area and snipe in? 

In my eyes, some can see it as RDM even though they are somewhere they can be shot, but in others eyes, it wouldnt be (I personally dont think it is)

i.e. 

You're at Spirit distillery and someone is sitting in Abdera inside a 2 story house and 1 taps you. That's roughly 700M. Would it be RDM or perfectly justifiable? 

Not a salty post, this has never happened to me. but i hear about it alot.

Yes, anyone inside an illegal area can be killed from wherever.

You can shoot into illegal areas from any range, 500-1k-10k(With the $250 package), You just can't shoot out of them at people more than 300 without initiation

Tbh, Serenity (Before disband) Did this and broke one of our members legs. 

They were nice enough to ask not to shoot in side get out repair his leg and then the battle continued.

Idk if you're talking about me but that exactly happened to me at arms. They dropped off a splint and let me return to a safe position. 

Sadly i've never seen a gang being that honest about a fight.  That's why i'll always respect it's members. 

It is all about the fair fight, glad you live upto that rodrigo. ^^
