You need to take your bounty to skiptracer, then send them to jail whilst in the interrogation room.
After the progress bar completes, their gear will drop to the floor.

Possibly make it so masks don't hide friendly gang members name's? It's annoying to check map for names rather than tilde mid fight.

Can we please move the prison back to the Pygros island? For now at least just put it back to the old mechanics. If you want to work in the new mechanics later that's fine but I think most people here will agree that the current prison sucks because of performance issues and the whole mechanics of it are just so annoying/difficult that no one does prisons anymore. Almost every time I go to the new prison I mem-leak.

Athira HQ 2.0
I took many of the suggestions from this thread to fix up Athira HQ. There are a lot of deerstands and towers for defense against rebels, this should balance everything out.

Needs a vendor in every tower

+1 however u might wanna remove just 1 of the towers to balance it for attackers and defenders

I was messing around in Editor for awhile and thought that Donor Rebel was getting old on Asylum and maybe it could use a change. I believe that these changes will help stop camping on Asylum as well.
