Just wondering maybe we can find the solution into why someone wants to be a UC is it really for having the ability to hide your name? Or because of some items you get on that slot you don't get on normal cop?

I don't see any issues with this being and staying an admin hosted event, we can even throw in some development help for hosting them but having this as a solely managed item by the APD isn't going to work for us unfortunatly

Thing is that can be abused, drive past a big group of people that do nothing with the event boom payout increased but the event won't be any harder
