With all the low end bounties we've gotten, none of them gave me 1:1 under 5K

Been working on the Bounty Hunter guide over at the wiki:http://wiki.gaming-asylum.com/Bounty_Hunter_Guide and according to Asylum mission files, the honor system should work as listed in the wiki, but from personal experiences, I do not get those results. Anyone know exactly how it works so I can update the guide? There's probably an equation and talents affect it somehow, so looking at the master bounty hunters of Asylum to help me out.

It's a Windows feature, I believe you have to enable it somewhere.

Saw this "The Press" body armor on a civ, gives level 2 protection. Can we see this in clothing stores/APD loadouts?

You can transfer to medics, I paid a medic 10k for reviving me in the middle of no where.

Cops don't have realtime tracking of wanted criminals (unless they violate parole). They have to do the same tracking as BH and rely on fugitive pings. An undercover officer can act as a bounty hunter, that is the role of an undercover, to appear as a civ.
