    My idea in an example
     
    You get someone with a bounty of 100k and you end up giving them a half ticket of 50k. There is 10 cops online on the server. Instead of the payout being 5k for each officer, it would result in 25k for you and 25k split between the other officers. (so since 10 including you, the other officers would get around 2.7k for not doing anything)
     
    That way you are rewarded for your work and everyone else still gets money for doing nothing.

    I wanted to add a short note:
    In briefings you don't have to make it all about what to do, what to improve on etc. You can include praises to what the officers have done well. If there was a very successful bank/fed/prison or anything really, a brief mentioning on what they did well during that scenario goes along way. People like to hear what they did well, it encourages them to play more and continue their actions in the future.
     
    Can also discuss roleplay, processing, talking to civs etc. These things I find are some of the most important as communication between cops and civs is what gives several players its interpretation of the server and the interaction between players.

    All,
    The Asylum Police Department has decided to take a stand against the cartels that flood our streets with illegal weapons and drugs.
    After many years allowing these wars to continue we are taking the initiative to end the bloodshed.
     
    Effective Immediately -
     
    Sergeant + can issue a raid on a contested or capped cartel.
    There are factors to ensure our officers are protected while undertaking these daunting tasks.
    1. YOU MUST have at least 1 armored vehicle (strider/hunter) to be the lead vehicle on approach.  If NO armored vehicle is taken that Sergeant/Lieutenant is AWOL and will be demoted.
    2. In order to receive back up there must be a surviving officer within 300m of the cap, IF THE OFFICER is killed while back up is enroute, the raid is considered over and any back up MUST resume normal duty.
    3. You can take a helicopter to the cartel, it is NOT considered the last surviving officer if ground units are wiped.  The helicopter must return to base if all ground units are wiped.
    4. These raids can only be issued one time per Sergeant+ per server restart.

    As of right now, payouts are shared with all officers on the server. What if the officer ticketing/jailing etc. got a higher % of the payout and the rest was shared equally between the other officers instead of the current share equally between everyone.

    Description
    I've seen Fails The Fox all over the place recently. It seems like he's come out of nowhere and now he's everywhere. He's always got a positive attitude and he's always calm and level-headed. It's rare to see this kind of APD officer anymore. He's extremely knowledgeable with the guidebook and he's always asking questions and making sure everything is correct before taking action.
    The reason for the shout out is because I hosted a briefing, and after the briefing he wanted to talk to me about a lot of stuff he noticed as a Cadet and his time on Asylum. You can just tell when you talk to him that he absolutely cares so much about the community and the APD. He really enjoys playing and he's even looking forward to his buddies joining the APD as well (his friend Cancel just got on the APD as a Cadet as we were talking).
    The dude just really cares and it's like a breath of fresh air talking to him. I suggest you guys play with him if you get a chance.

    There are still memory issues that are unresolved in relation to how the arma server.exe runs.  Even though it's 64 bit now, I'm not convinced it is actually allocating all the RAM it has access to.  So keeping things that don't have to be in memory constantly out of memory is still a good thing.  That's the reason we are still pushing back on doing this.  In a perfect world, I'd love for all crates to load into the world when you log in, but right now I don't want all that data in memory.  
    Doesn't mean that things can't change in the future, but for now it needs to stay the way it is unfortunately.

    @DarkKnight's face is so ugly and I cant handle it anymore someone reprimand him. He needs some sort of action taken against him.

    Server 1 has a federal reserve going on currently, so we'll patch once that finishes (for S1).  S4 has the new patch already, and I manually saved the cartel fridge contents before shutting the server down.  Figured you might as well have that money for this restart.

    Hotfix 1:
    "Donor town" has moved ~500m NE to Therisa.  All city services still exist in the new location, but now there are multiple spawn points inside the area.   One of the Black Market production areas has been relocated to Orino.  This should make it easier to use the feature.   Cartel fridge containers will now save the dirty money contents through a restart.   Fixed a bug that should make the prison break mechanic more reliable now. Box truck skins should work as intended.

    Let's go point by point:  
    1.  I'm working on this in every patch - as well as outside of patches.  The BE kicks happen on multiple servers.  It's either something we all do in common, or it's BIS.  It's not obvious to any of the communities who have the issue (nor to BIS) what causes these issues.  
    2.  Targeted ban removals have happened.  I've also significantly altered the time periods for bans on the servers.  I've said in multiple places that I want bans to be a way to teach players rather than being punitive in nature.  This is work in progress.  But "mass unbanning" of some types of bans is not what we're going to do.  
    3. There are tons and tons of ways to make money.  Prices on things have been brought down.  This is a lever I'm tweaking, albeit slowly.  
    4.  We are working on new content.  New things take longer though.  
    5.  Civ reps is something we can consider.  I'm open to talking to the community.  You guys have a back end line to me right now (which I'm sure you all know anyway).  Use that for now while I'm getting other things done, and then we can talk about a dedicated rep system of some sort.  
    6.  Donor goals is something that is going to happen.  Paratus and I have already discussed adding this to our current monetization methods.  Look for a post soon regarding this.  
    7.  Increasing the dev team is tricky.  When we asked for SQF contributors I got a lot of people who said they would be willing to learn SQF and help out.  What I really need is a group of contributors who already know SQF, know how to create code in SQF from scratch, and have time they would like to give back to the community to enhance things within the vision that the dev team has for the direction of the game.

    @bamf please cap server 4 to max 80 players. Anything more than that and it lags like crazy and eventually crashes.

    The point of the change to the bank money was to allow more people access to that content.  You can get drills at a turf (and likely other spots soon).  I don't know why there is such hostility for something that makes doing a bank easier for the community.  You guys just can't seem to take good news and move on at times...  
    Also, now when you're holding the money you don't run slow as crap.  Again, think of the upside here.

    There are close to none (if any) on Altis. We need parking spots! A couple outside of police HQs for civilians to park, a couple in the cities maybe by medical/hospitals. Just a quick idea that came to mind.
