You were bombarded because you would log on at random times and say "Everyone store your shit the servers shutting down in 10 minutes". If there is a set schedule like its up Noon to Midnight PST and up all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there wouldn't be issues. The reality is kids grind money all night with no cops on. They sell it to people for cheap and then cops rightfully complain that its a driving sim because no one makes money during the day.

Why are you balancing anything? Clueless career cops have no business deciding how gangs interact.

You want to focus on server performance, i get it and no one blames you. But a lot of the changes the community ask's for could be done by contributors or take minimal time from the devs. When Bada and Clint got owner most of us thought the community would finally be heard. But it seems as though its back to the time when bamf was at the helm. He only ever listened when the forums were drowning in posts shitting on the server. We only got what we wanted when it seemed the community was about to crumble. Nothing different here. Ive made countless posts that get immense community feedback and almost nothing to show for it from the dev end. Removing the caps and unbanning players was a step. Some changes I would like to see Community Manager changed to Head Admin. Mitch and Leady are great admins but neither have the capacity to know exactly what the community wants. Add civ reps or something like it. And an effective way for the reps to speak with the owners/devs. Get Jesse/Henry to spend 30% of their time working with contributors to make some actual content.

Ive made multiple posts trying to get things changed and nothing ever does. Im finding myself burned out of arma and I wont continue wasting my time playing on a server that is going the same direction with different owners. You want to focus on server lag, I dont blame you. But a lot of the changes we ask for are easy to implement even for the contributors. Its about time development changes are made through actual discussion between owners, staff, and faction leaders instead of between just the owners and devs.

I'd just like to thank all the gangs for keeping this gang wars relatively ddos free. Aside from Apex I dont think anyone was hit off this entire gang wars. Made it a lot more fun playing with ethernet and not my hotspot.

Kinda dumb that you can win by time on attack. Id rather give 12 minutes (2 minutes drive time) and make it so the attackers must kill everyone on cap to win by time.

Update for everyone. We were 2-0 Apex was hit off mid round and shortly after the round ended Connor, me, and Jimmy were banned from the server with no reason given. We were told it was not admins. Prime has managed to convince the admins Apex injected a script to do so and was cheating. As it stands we will have to restart from 0-0 and if that happens we will likely concede as multiple people need to get off and we have no subs left to fill their spots.

Bamf changed how long bans are a while back. Well after you had been permed so I can understand if you didn’t see the post. I’m not a fan of how short bans are because I am not a consistent rule breaker but don’t blame JB when he’s only following guidelines set by previous owners.
