What can you bring to the gang - I can bring a lot of Arma 3 experience and Asylum experience. I have played here at Asylum for a long time and have learned how to do gang activities among other things. I know how to communicate, fly, and how to shoot very well.

On the first day it took a lot of time to gather the teams and get them geared up but they managed to learn from their mistakes and on he second day there was not much of a delay between games.Good job in general to everyone who contributed in setting up the Gang wars even and all the gangs that took part in it.Maybe the next gang war whenever it will be would learn from the few mistakes done before.

You try to save last few minutes to report a player and your file is broken, and all you left with is frustration and a useless evidence. Here is a solution for your issue, only two steps.
 
1- Make sure you're on fullscreen.
2- Save last few minutes when you first open Arma III because the first video you save usually is the broken one.

There is no talent that allows you to drop bounties faster 

Dude, spikestrips, seriously. This would be aids. People would be out here killing each other with spike strips in kavala, also you are not in pursuit of people like an officer, you dont have sirens, this is uneeded deeply and would cause more issues. Weapon wise, 75% of the APD is constables and cadets. They get MX's. Bounty hunters do not need MK1. This would not be fair. Handcuffs are not needed because you have zipties and it would cause a lot of people just quitting because they are stuck and it happens too often. The only one I could possibly imagine is the vehicle ones with some adjustments. In my opinion bounty hunters are already OP, as its a one shot to down somebody and if your spraying then its over.

300K in 30/40mins without help or pre-stored ingredients is impossible. No need for secrecy, it's simply not possible without breaking server rules.
Fastest close to that would be a hemmtbox of scotch if you ignore the aging time. 330k/ hour of work
