No real point in putting too much effort into oil cartel. No one really fights oil, it's the #1 AFK capped cartel. Although i like the idea, its a dead end...

The distance travel payout increase won't happen. Medics can just respawn to a nearby city. Medics have NOTHING to lose, why spend money on protective clothing? The fire extinguisher is a good idea, maybe work that in with a separate payout?

There has to be a risk involved with doing illegal activities...

For future reference, to avoid situations like this, avoid running drugs or the like towards the end of a server session. During a soft restart, most vehicles WILL return where they last synced. But there's no guarantee. A situation like this is more user-error than server fault, so, you can attempt a comp request but don't get your hopes up.
