Do you mean corporals+ having the ability to spawn events? I don't think the admins would trust anyone but themselves to host events. It only takes one person to ruin things sometimes for everyone, and it has happened quite a few times in Asylum. Besides, FSA would probably just blow it up.

Also I guess it depends on where it blows up...I've seen them blow up TOWARDS the roof, not away like we see here. More people tend to die then

The thing is, that wall that he's standing behind isn't even the best wall to be behind for easiest flash bang throw. He likely had to aim it pretty far. The one on the other side (where the orca is parked) is literally the best spot (provided you are clear on that side) to NEVER be shot when throwing flashbangs, or have any chance to be stopped, besides throwing grenades down there yourself.

I guess I should reword what I meant by it... I meant that since BH's have the ability to buy them, when they abuse them, it's abusing their license

Lockpicks are considered a bounty hunter tool. If you are using it for malicious purposes then yes, you should have your license taken away, if your bounty is =>$2500. Granted, you can make up ANY story if you are caught / turn yourself in. But if you run from the police and they are chasing you about your stolen vehicle, your license is probably getting revoked. Think about the other side of the story. We get 911's all the time about someone stealing their vehicle. Those kinds of people probably have to spend a lot of their time picking apples or something to get another one. And the larger vehicles even more resources. So why shouldn't your license get revoked for taking someones property?

Well I know I've done it a few times and I'd say it's pretty unexpected, so I've never even gotten close to being shot out. I saved them all on shadowplay of course but I'm not sure where in the 350gb it is.. But the real problem is that yes, you're right. Without a SGT+ to bring out some armored vehicles, and making people work together, it's hard for cops who don't play together to actually work together because of ego/lonewolfers/inexperience. Whereas the rebels who are doing the prison are at LEAST all buddies who have been working together long enough to form a gang.
