So I know you can crash someones house with FB's if they're shooting actively out of it, whilst it being locked.
If you don't have the talents for FB's and NO LT's are on. Is it than appropriate to use lethal force against the shooter?

Today will be my first day as Constable again. I have not seen any officers in Kavala pretty much ever since I came back from a 'vacation' 2-3 weeks ago.
Did something change regarding patrolling Kavala, or are people just not bothered to deal with it?Would like to hear an answer to this, because I do plan on patrolling Kavala. I would hate to get disciplined/scolded.
