    All i do see is you speeding, VDM a few guys, Crash your Prowler then Hide. 
    And yes it was VDM, however, i do not think action would be taken on it, due to the fact the people were standing in the road, You was speeding and it did not look like you were intentionally trying to hit them.

    So I thought I would post a few pictures to help those who do not know, Identify what a Suicide vest looks like Vs the Normal vest that civs like to troll with also.

    Also for anyone who does not know, the charge for someone in possession of a Suicide vest is "Possesion Of Explosives" and of course the vest should be Seized, Thanks.
