You're not wrong, but you aren't addressing what hes talking about. I agree that skill in the apd is a non-factor towards promotions (as it should be). However, why are there people driving straight at rebel in an armored vehicle? Like that has very little to do with "skill". Its common sense not to drive straight at someone shooting at you. I've played as a blu4 on many servers at this point and while I really admire the APD for some of the stuff it does, it still blows me away that the APD has some of the nicest and genuine guys that I've ever met and they've been on asylum for 2 years+, but they still do this stupid shit. I just don't get it. Back when I was in a gang I would yell at people for stupid shit like clicking inventory instead of get in on a car in a high pressure situation, but this is just a whole different level of stupid.

It doesn't matter. Everyone has been playing altis life for over a year with the same guns and cars. No one really cares to change to different scenery. If they did they would have moved on long ago. Maybe tanoa will be different but no one here gives a shit about stratis, austrialia, lakeside, whatever. it doesnt matter.

I heard rebel dept is finally being shut down for good this time and wanted to give a shoutout to my boys. Some of you still play here, but almost none of us still play together, but I had some of the best times on here with you guys. Bob Harley Barry Leon Poko Peter Jonah Shepurd Pacifist Sylus Roy Austin Booja and even Motard, had some great times with you man. This isn't some kind of dramatic good bye, because I've been gone for a long ass time and I don't know if I can ever come back because nothing will ever live up to those couple of months we had as a group. The names aren't listed in any order other then Bob because hes my boy and was always a great guy. Anyways I miss all of you a hell of a lot and hopefully someday we can meetup in game or out of game and have a laugh again. See ya

Not really. What would happen is the crowd that desires fighting and just that would eventually migrate and leave the regular servers half full. While the people who enjoy rp would run around without much to do. It would just split the community and cause both servers an eventual slow death. Arma 3 has been out for a looong time now and there aren't very many "new" players still finding asylum. It's important to keep the community together and I'm really surprised they opened aussie life, but it does still match the same playstyle of the other servers.

Yea only the sdar can damage cops, but make sure you buy the 7.62 ammo from the rebel out post to use with it. Its kind of OP that only 1 gun hurts cops and it is a bit shit, but the 7.62 really helps with range up to 600m.

I personally hate deer stands and the game play that it encourages. I would love to make drilling into something worth doing. I used to drill because it only took a minute or two and it took some prior knowledge on how to do it so I felt special. . I don't mind the fed as it is currently except for the amount of swat ladders and drilling time is 25mins to empty it out. +1
