Cooked organs sell for 7k without infamy and about 9k with infamy perks. So the cool down is implemented to keep people from just going around killing non stop and harvesting.

The heli spawn for Zaros turf is goofed too. Can't pull Orca there or it clips into house.

Right now you can only harvest organs once per hour with it having an hour cool down. My suggestion is make it 30 minutes instead so we can harvest twice per hour. Oh and add skinning knife to rebel outpost market shop. Yes Yes +1
