could make it a 100% solution by making them unable to be placed in fed domes, unable to be placed within the walls of the Evidence locker and the dirt road immediately outside. and able to be destroyed by civs. Those are the only areas where they are blatantly abused.

Spike strips need restricted, its getting pretty ridiculous. They should not be able to be placed inside of Fed Domes or the evidence locker. You can buy spike strips at the evidence locker. Why this hasnt been addressed is pretty ridiculous. Restrict spikestrips to outside of the evidence locker 100m due to blatant abuse and do not allow spikestrips to be placed within 5m of a fed dome would be a pretty good solution that allows it to be still used correctly without being abused. When you try to do a fed and there are spikestrips inside before you get there kinda 😕 As well as make them destructable by civs with a scrollwheel option would be great.

Change the way demo charges work so you cant lose your demo charge if you have to move. Currently if your planting a demo charge and have to stop to defend yourself you will lose that demo charge. It shouldnt be taking your demo charge until the action is complete. Not sure if this Is the intended function or not.

The guys doing them right as the timer goes down off elevated are fairly fucking stupid and dont usually get out with anything. They take 1 bar in a hatchback sport and think it's a god damn payday.
