Everyone,
I want to take a moment to remind each of you that by the virtue of your rank, you each have access to information and details about players that are considered as sensitive and confidential. With this access comes the expectation that each of you will keep this secure information safe and not share anything that you see or read with those that are not privy to such details. This includes specific details list in player's applications, certain details about a player's whitelist status or history, specifics from IAD reports, or even topic details for other player reports from any other moderated forums.
Anyone caught abusing this access by disseminating any confidential information will at minimum result in losing their access to such information. This includes access to said moderated forums. Obviously, should you lose your access to these forums you will not be able to fulfill the responsibilities that come with your rank. As a result, you can expect to lose your rank as well when you do not keep up with the tasks required of your rank.
I hope you can all appreciate that players must to feel safe that the details they post in moderated forums will be held in confidence and not fearful of retaliation from their accused nor the community as a whole.
Finally, THANK YOU ALL for your continued support to the APD and as well as the Asylum community!

Greetings fellow officers, I have decided to schedule an official staff meeting for 8:30 pm CST on Friday the 13th (spooky!). We have some new faces that might need an opportunity to voice some concerns they might have or even ask some question if they're still a bit fresh. This meeting is not mandatory but I will be discussing the possibility of some major policy change and would like to hear what you have to say.

Everyone-
The new version of the Australia map was released last night. I have a ton of tweaks to do to move things around due to new map locations, features, etc, so I have taken S6 offline for now while I do these updates.
In my first pass through the editor, I do see some exciting new buildings that I hope I can use for things. I'll also be re-evaluating the weaponry, money making, and other features that have been requested by the community. Hopefully we can bring S6 back to where it was those first few weeks because I really enjoyed the game play over there.

If you wish to apply for compensation, please use the following format:

What server number were you on?: What is your Player ID (Directions below): Date of incident: Explain what happened: How much money are you asking to be compensated and list what specifically are you asking for? Otherwise, provide a dollar value - Physical Inventory is returned via cash) Please post any additional evidence to support your claim (i.e., Videos or screenshots (full/unedited/uncropped)). **FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE FORMAT WILL RESULT IN COMP DENIAL**
To locate your player ID go into Arma at the title screen. From there select profile (the silhouette of a person on the top right), select unit, select edit, click the 'Unit' drop down box, and select custom. This will be a 17 digit number starting with 7656. or <- Go to your steam profile. Enable URL's and your player ID is the numbers at the end of your steam profile page address(Can be found through this website as well: http://www.steam64.com/ just enter your steam profile link, the number you get = Player ID)

Honestly, the RP that ensued on the original Server 5 was main reason you heard so many people heartbroken when it was shutdown the first time. You'd think it would have been a major hell hole, but DHM, Jailbait, the APD, and the civs all (well most all of them) had a level of RP that just immersed you into the server. Sometimes you still get that feel in Kavala, but it is far more rare than it should be.
I applaud Boris for putting his Ghillie in the closet. Pistol banging can bring so much more joy than a MK18 if you let it. Especially, if that pistol is a P07.
