Most cops only have access to the MX and MXM (cpl +)... only Lt+ have 7.62 and only captains have mxsw.

Maybe try to actually rank up in the apd instead of crying on the forums to get constables something that is for cpl or higher.

I have to agree with Samp here.. (omg kneepadding
) Before changing up all the talents aka thinking about a prestige system for medics it would be better to whitelist them first..
But maybe add some "late game" talents where they would bloodbag , defib faster and unlimited painkillers. (No unlimited bloodbags because that could be abused by taking multiple medics with you).
