They should make it were if a bounty cls within x amount of seconds of being downed and restrained by a bh and the bh has their bounty they get sent to jail as if in cop restraints. and make it were if they cl within distance of courthouse they also get sent to jail. it would be nice if we could get the money too, but it should at least help cut down on combat loggers.

doesnt matter if they are rubber or lethal they do the same damage.

when i updated to the latest teamspeak i can no longer connect to the ts. it says its running on a deprecated version so it needs updating in order for it to be used. @bamf @Gnashes

This shouldn't need a rule. Common sense, you check a field, all officers die, don't come back.

Cop is currently being used as a method to make quick cash, that's not its intended purpose. Ive got a couple ideas here to try and curb that
 
1) Reduce payout of bounties to 20% max (what the current lethal payout is, reducing lethal payout to 10%) and allow officer to receive gear at no cost (would remove regear feature and force officers to manually regear all items at the vendor at no cost or have only a p07).  Since money will not be needed to buy gear, the payout would need to be minimal.  Officers would still need to purchase exotic vehicles Orca+ and hunters/striders.  Prices could be adjusted on those as needed.  In addition Corp+ could use excess prestige points to buy those vehicles.
2) Leave payouts as is, but reduce payout area so only officers in the immediate area get paid for the bust (ie 500 meters) that should allow any pilot who helped to receive payment for their services and discourage officers from just driving around doing nothing and getting paid.
Parole change
Change it so parole does not pay the bounty upon issuance. If one violates their entire bounty is given back with the additional charge of parole violation.  If the person completes parole without violating the officers would then be paid the amount of the parole that was issued.  (I understanding coding could be an issue here)

when im on civ bounty hunting there are times im not getting any money from the arrest. i should have 100k approx in the bank but i only have 60k. i arrest some high bounty only to see my money hasnt changed at all although i do gain honor at least

I was looking for vehicles that could be suggested to be added to have more variants and I happen to see the fuel truck, which I remember someday was in game and I instantly came up with this idea. It's a rough idea so input will be much appreciated. 
 
First of all, we need to increase the amount of fuel consumption in vehicles, there are plenty gas stations and this will increase a bit RP in the server. maybe if you drive the same vehicle for the whole server restart you will need to refuel it 5 times ? or make it like 1/4 per 5 - 8km dependeing on vehicle class.
 
After doing this we will get into the add and use of a Fuel Truck. The fuel truck will be used to obviously drive around (you can buy it on truck shop as normal with a trunck space of 150 maybe ?) and will be especially designed to gather Petroleum that needs to be taken to a Refinery and then be sold to a Gas Station. Each gas station could have different paying, depending on the amount of fuel the have. 
NOTE: Gas stations will never run out of fuel, amount of fuel will only influence on money payed.
This will be the legal way to make it and could give you a good profit. maybe double than diamond mining (you know, cause black gold)
 
This will also have his "illegal" variant, which will be attaching pipes to the Refinery to make Illegal Fuel which can be sold at a Black Market or a different illegal point tbd. This will give you the charge of Trafficking or something related, but will pay more if there is more in the illegal market than in the gas stations. In other to place new illegal pipes you need to get some Pipes from the market and fill your truck with it, this will be display as diesel instead of fuel, making diesel illegal. The amount of time that it will take for this to drain it illegally will depend in the amount of petroleum that has been refined during server restart. This will involve a pay maybe as high as meth, but also a charge that will cost you more if you get caught. 
 
As I said rough idea, but if you like it give some input and way to improve this

i think there should be a hitman class in asylum with a similar perk like bounty hunter were they can track the target. and a a new talent that allows you to place hits on people so noobs and trolls dont use it all the time. what happens is someone posts a target on a list which the hitmen can look at and then if they decide can contact the employer in an 100% anonymous text chat for both parties. they will then agree upon a price, once a price is agreed upon the money is deducted from the employer and the hitman will lookm for the target. the target will know a hit has been placed on him and the hitman and target will be constantly initiated. so the hitman can just shoot the target and the target can shoot the hitman. if the hitman fails to eliminate the target(ie hitman or target disconnects or the target kills the hitman) the money will be saved as a check that the employer can cash in at an atm. some of you will say that the target will discinnect once he finds out that he has a hit on him, so i say after 10 minutes of recieving the notification they can disconnect without getting reported for combat logging.

i agree with him school has taught us almost nothing useful. i have a theory though, most schools are funded by the government so the government decides what is taught, now if we start teaching people laws and stuff about politics the government loses alot of its power so they keep the people stupid while they do whatever the hell  they want.
