  7. Interesting idea. Rebels have more route to take whenever doing Fed. Also it might make rebels easier to attack HW Patrol.
  8. Add police chemlights and Sting (9mm) maybe???
  9. Asylum made so we need to transport seized items back to HQ manually. Asylum made so there is more buildings and places to hide at Bank. Asylum made so cop flashbang do not damage people or vehicles anymore; and price increased to $1000/unit. Asylum made so downing rounds work as intended. Asylum made so cops cannot interfere rebel activities without probable cause. Asylum made so only Lts can have 7.62; very few population from police force. Asylum made so cops don't get paid as much. Asylum made so rebels can make weapons without having to buy it. Asylum made so rebels have better armor. Asylum made so taking over cartels allow them to buy heavy weaponry such as LMGs. Asylum made so rebels can choose when to fight cops. "Give him an inch, and he'll take a mile."
  10. No, leave Asylum alone. It's fine the way it is
  11. One thing can take care of it for sure... @TheCrestedPenguin@Flameless
  12. High ISO does not really matter, as you don't really want to go higher than 800 or so. Not to mention mid range DSLRs usually have decently high ISO. Splash proof - most of the DSLRs can handle a little bit of rain drop, however, there is aftermarket plastic case or ziplock bag for those who need extra care. I would look for : steady tripod, lens and lens filter. Lens filter is really important, you can buy a $1000 lens and get a quality of $200 one because of bad lens filter. For general purpose, I would say Nikon D5300 or D5500. Look around couple of places and you'll be able to find cheap ones.
  13. Have you tried turning it on and off?
  14. Yeah, how come we cannot open the door of highly secured bank with guns in our hand?!
