no more kavala rebel (BIG SAD FACE) the new rebels are gonna be a bit to get used too. honestly making vehicles more resilent and shit makes me so happy cause you used to hit one rock and go down 70 hp (heard this is actually fucked so yike), hope the downing script is better, also thankful for the syncing option in cartels... honestly happy a fucking patch has came out with alot of stuff...

small gangs join the server and get shit on by bigger gangs making them never want to go near a cartel again, asylum isnt how it used to be when there was tons of smaller gangs for you to join and learn from to become a better player, now everyone sees the same gangs fighting and apply just to get denied... its 2019 noone on this server wants to teach a new player cartels.
