    You could use the mechanics of the APD lethal system instead transfer the money to the player that kills the hit for example.
    Use take part of the Asylum Exchange where it takes the money out of your account early when you post the Buy order.
    "Player" has put a hit on "X". (150,000)
    This could also be part of a big rebel update with a skill tree, Just like bounty hunters.

    How about a 50% increase in reward for catching criminals at the bank/fed/Prison?
    You could use the same Mechanics that's used in the APB system.
    Think of this as an extra incentive to cops

    I believe that while on slow nights speeding tickets help increase RP situations and that is what SOME police are playing for. Some of my best RP experiences are from random stops. In fact police can make up a RP story as to why they pulled you over you do not even have to be speeding. I think that raising the speed limit pricing while using the radar gun is a good idea because it gives cops an actual incentive to pull that thing out and use it. (In terms of money) If anyone feels that cops are OP they need to start making actual suggestions on how to fix/balance things. In my opinion things like this may be tedious to be pulled over for but at the end of the day we are all on this server because we enjoy to socialize, roleplay, kill people, and encounter police vs rebel play. (Maybe more reasons too) I think that things can be added to make more tedious cop encounters like failure to use turn signals and failure to use headlights and failure to use seatbelt.

    They'll have to be different than regular gold bars if we want to allow them to be sold anywhere other than rebel anyways. But I do agree that if we go this route, they should be allowed to be stored in houses. I would actually say that they should weigh less than a gold bar, since they will be worth less. (1/2 weight, 1/2 value maybe?)
    I definitely think this is a good idea though. I'll bring it up with @Paratus, and if he's ok with it, I'll put it in

    After reading title of jimbos thread it reminded me of an idea i had a very very long time ago when excavating was the best way to make money.
    DISCLAIMER: Please correct me if i have info wrong because... well you know why.
     
    When excavating you sometimes get gold something (can't remember what they're called). I propose that you can press them into gold bars for an alternate way of making money.
    To start with, i would suggest the small town of Orino North East of DP11. This place could easily be renovated. In general i would suggest an area that is relatively far away from any excavation sites to make it harder to make money. Now about how much makes 1 gold bar, I believe gold weighs 3 so maybe something like 30 so you can't make a ton of them for a huge profit. I would say the license for this should be $50k or up seen as how profitable it could be. But the processing time per bar could be around 5 mins due to how good profit this could be in bulk.
    To sell you go to the fed. (maybe make a small building outside to sell?) I would say they sell for $15-$20k seen as the process is legal although risky and long. (maybe name it small gold bar). A nice little dynamic would be that every 2/3 bars sold to the fed 1 would spawn in a random vault so if your gang does a gold bar run you could then risk robbing it and getting even more profit and selling them at rebel.
    Same can be done with silver and maybe add silver bars, sell for $10k-$15k and add silver bars to fed and sold at rebel for like $18k ( @Bikstok's idea)

    Really should implement something like olympus has for combat loggers. I'm having more issues with bounties combat logging than server stability. Lag here and there but I haven't seen server go down in the 3 days I've started playing again
    If somebody logs while downed/restrained a skull appears and can get sent to jail and the people get paid for it. For bounty hunters and cops. Would really cut down on reports and be super nice for everbody
