Hey guys, before I get into this, I'd like to say that this is very based on my opinion and I'd like to hear yours. Basically, here is what brought this to my attention. I go to heroin with a box truck, I see a hatchback sport, driving around and it was very obvious it was a UC cop. I take my Katiba out and started to full auto that bitch as an attempt to scare him off, and then I get in my car and book it out of there. He sirens and starts to chase me, I drive him to my gang member and he guns him down. Next the processor, we had to go there because there was only 10 minutes left, we're processing and all that, and then five minutes so we start to leave, the green tracer bullets flying and it's the same UC cop. No sirens or nothing, and I know thats fine but still come on man. I end up killing him and me and my friend escape to the drug dealer in Sofia, in the clear right? No, green tracer bullets start flying again. Friends goes down, I go out the back fence and he ends up shooting me and downing me, server restarts.
How is this acceptable? NLR not a thing? They're using the UC privilege to go redzones constantly, and I know these were separate redzones but I've had other encounters with UC that did this, the story I described was the most recent one. However, these cops claim to be UC but they dress like fucking terrorists and fully geared rebels, it's extremely obvious. They have combat helmets, big ass MX's, and carrier lites. It's very obvious that they're not trying to blend in with civilians for roleplay and arrest purposes. They are clearly doing it in my opinion, for the perks that come with it. The cop that I described did not break any rules, but clearly does not follow NLR that I thought cops were supposed to abide by and it is obvious he was doing clearly to try and get revenge. I will not name a name because I have no quarrel with this guy, just with the rules UC follow. I think there should be a completely new rule set for them or their removal entirely. I mean come on, when was the last time a undercover tried to blend in with civilians and follow them around and stop them while doing illegal activities? Have you ever had that experience? Or have you had the experience that I've had with these type of cops?

Anyway, thanks for reading through this, call me a retard or whatever you like, I believe what I believe and you believe what you believe.

An evidence locker would be an incredibly interesting little addition.
There have been many other servers I've seen in possession of evidence lockers at the prisons, within a separate facility or usually within each HQ. Evidence doesn't have to mean all illegal contraband such as drugs, weapons, items; why not 'weapons locker' and have the ability for it to be raided. Possibly broken up into classes; One locker within the 'weapons locker' possesses 7.62's, the next locker over possesses 5.56 and so on. Each separate locker must be lock picked.
Without having mods, make each "locker" be a separate room, each door to be lock picked and within each room, have a crate that contains all separate weaponry. This will require rebels to have an orca or another mode of transportation be present for storage, adding more risk factors and spiking interest in executing a prison break along side having an option of raiding an evidence/weapons locker, being that the evidence/weapons locker be maintained there. (New prison guard division? DOC?).
Shoot it down, alter it, or use this. Up to @bamf and @Paratus. But something new should be introduced. From an officer's perspective, the prison is neglected.

Howdy folks, I have a few ideas brewing that might improve the server, some may be original, some you may have heard before, but I'd like to include them anyway. So here it goes:
The free fire zone of Altis has only one purpose as of right now, and it's Arms Dealer. I think you should add something down there, maybe something highly illegal and profitable down there. It'd be an interesting change of pace to make money down there. It might be too out of the way, but it could work. Add a rebel skill tree like BH called "Dishonorable" or something of the sorts. Increase bank payouts, I don't know if they're high already, but banks are very rare. Maybe add more incentive to do them? I can only play on one server at once and at certain times, so I don't know if they happen often or not, but from what I've seen as a cop and rebel, they don't happen often.  Put the prison back to Pyrgos prison. With the server aging, replayability has decreased significantly. Moving the prison and making it obsolete (Not purposely obviously) had an extreme increase of stale gameplay for Rebels. There isn't much to do now but fight other dying or small gangs. The other prison was very user-friendly as it should be, half the people don't know how to do the new one. If it ain't broke don't fix it. It was also very fun from the experiences I had fighting it and trying to arrest people doing it. It had a very interesting setting too, an island with one way in and one way out. Now it's in the damn salt flats. The most boring area in the entire game. Make more ways Rebels can fight cops. Maybe an evidence storage area where our illegal weapons and drugs go after cops seize it. Anything really. I've found it more satisfying to kill cops than fight other gangs, and there should be more emphasis on that dynamic in my personal opinion. Make a way people can send texts to players rather than using the phone (Ex. /msg (name) "message"). Owning drug cartel gives higher drug runner payouts. Adjust bank side for cops, from my constable POV it feels like we're just flies being swatted down until a higher up pulls armor out. General store in Skiptracer. Blood bags at Rebel general and remove medical assistance. Balances it out by adding and removing, and keeping the hospital stores still relevant with med assist and defibs and all that. Those are all of suggestions I could brainstorm, please feel free to criticize constructively or call me retarded, but I will try and rebuttal unless I'm proven to be a 100% retard.
Please take into consideration developers! @bamf

I agree with pretty much all of them tbh, especially bringing back the old prison.

I understand he does not like Pyrgos prison, but is it not about what the community wants?
he does not play as said, he Is busy with Identity and making that $$, The community would like Pyrgos prison back, it would improve game play for civ and cop again.he has no interest in asylum anymore anyway, not from what I can see, I can't see why it can't be changed.

Back when paratus was heavily coding asylum, the communities opinions were heavly weighed on and many changes and features were implemented. I'm not saying that they aren't now but it sure seems like since he went to work on his game that, most suggestions are being undermined

Hand holding and safe zones without the threat of competition. No wonder cops and other gangs avoid S5 like the plague.
S5 is a joke and everyone knows it. I wish the devs would close it down.

So you are telling me to my face you can :

    1. Spawn in pyragos + go to clothing store and buy a backpack + run to DMV and pull out a box truck
    2. Drive down all the mountains at ephedra
    3. Collect 57 ephedra - put it in the box  + 16 on you
    4. Drive back over the hills
    5. Drive up to phosphorus
    6. Collect 57 phosphorus - put it in the box + 16 on you
    7. Get back in the Box Truck
    8. Drive nearly 5k if not more up to Hydrogen Sulfate Mine
    9. Gather 56 hydrogen Sulfate + 16 in your inventory - and of course put it in the box truck
    10. Get in the box truck and drive 3 - 5 k to the Meth lab
    11. park near the vendor
    12. Process 57 of each ingredient twice + process 16 of each on you twice
    13. Turn around and go 1-2k to pyragos and sell the meth
    14. Get back in and go to an atm and store the cash
    15. go to a garage and store the box truck.

You mean to tell me that is 44 minutes. I beg to differ:
    1. Driving to each thing would take me at least
(pyragos to ephedra dip- 5 minutes) + (ephedra dip to phosphorus - 2.5 minutes) + (phosphorus to Hydrogen Sulfate - 13 minutes)  + (hydrogen to lab - 8 minutes) + (lab to seller - 2.5 minutes) =  31 minutes worth of travel.
    2. Gathering 57+16 of a single ingredient alone is roughly 5 minutes. Thats 5 minutes x 3 for 15 minutes total
    3. Getting my box truck and backpack lets say im full stamina with a good spawn is - 2 minutes
    4. Processing each thing roughly takes 1 minute x 2 for the double process. so 2 mins per process
(2 mins per process x 4.5 proceses) = minutes plus a minute for transferring shit totaling at 10 mins.
    4. 2 minutes to take the cash to an atm.

You are looking at a minimum of 31 + 15 + 2 + 10 + 2 = 60 minutes. This is for someone who is doing everything perfect, hasn't crashed / had any interactions at all.

Also to add to this for data purposes its 88k for the first guy who sells it  Lets say you are the second guy and you make 80k roughly. Or if im the lucky duck who doesnt own drug dealer in the mist of my perfect run I come out with  about 72k for the first guy and 68k for the second guy.
    Realistic Profit : 68 - 74 k.

    - You are not allowed to crash
    - You must take all perfect rodes
    - You must have the best luck and hope no hill slows you down or chicken fence
    - No cops or Civs can be online

lets be honest that shit really takes about 2 hours to run because of other players and when you finally sell it if you dont have drug for part or the whole thing and you end up making like 70k if you manage to make it out alive. I dont run it unless I fill my house and do backpack runs because of the danger of running it.

I dont really care but lets not throw out false facts.

+1 Sounds like a wonderful marketing idea. In a grocery store, people look at the middle shelf, and companies pay more to have their product placed dead middle. Maybe these companies can pay more/less for the positioning of their advertisment. Just a suggestion to make some extra dank in the bank.

Grind Grind Grind, Spend Spend Spend, Repeat Repeat Repeat. I see more grinding rather than having fun to be honest, I spend more time grinding than actually doing things. Trust me, I have the worst luck when trying to actually make money, last time I ran scotch I got in my box truck and I saw chinaman in a box truck coming towards me and he rammed my box truck on the side and ran me over 21 times. It's just little things that piss me off and it puts me off to even attempt to get more money. I think everything is fine besides the amount of time you are required to invest into this stupid game just to have some fun.
