Backstory:
After the full withdrawal from the middle east of NATO troops from both the United States Military and the Canadian Armed Forces, a great lump sum of soldiers were sent home, without employment in the armed forces. In 2007, statistics show that in one in every ten military combatant deployed overseas who had been withdrawn from the battlefield, ended up in private military contracting as a career afterwards, and the same study again in 2011, it was shown that there are more Private Military Contractors world wide, to be larger than any countries army. And thus PeckerHead Co's motto: Army For Hire. Amidst the life of an insurance company, a side sector had been required in order to bring in more income as the financial aspect of an insurance company in the Island of Altis had been very slim, soon had taken over the company's majority income source. Thus, PeckerHead Co. had shifted its primary focus to the main source of income.
