    It has come to our attention that some of you in the community found a way to obtain loot crate keys without fully paying for them.  We have looked through the logs and we know who you are.  Not only are you stealing from us, you're stealing from the community when you do things like this.  
    We will give you 48 hours to come in and make things right.  After that, action will be taken on your account.

    Another thing you can do to fix the mem leak (shorten the duration) is to change sampling to 50% until your frames go back up. Usually cuts the time in half or more for me.

    I want to add on to that same guy, I kidnapped him on civ I must say he was talking a lot as well as rping a lot I was very impressed. I guess he is the blessed cop with all traits.

    The guidebook has been overhauled. While it still has the same look and feel it should be easier to navigate and understand.
    - Removed Redundancies.
    - Simplified wording of many guidelines
    - Section F and Cpl + have been moved to their own documents
    - See earlier posted Policy Update for changes around IAD's
    Actual Policy Changes
    - You may now charge those who are assisting in a kidnapping.
    - Battle Buddies - Completely removed. You may now enter illegal areas solo at your own risk
    - Changed recommended to required to have 3 officers to man check points
    - Raised Parole cap from 28,000 to 100,000
    - Removed Solo Pilot restriction. You may now land at any time. Note you still need ground forces to enter illegal areas while in a helicopter.
    - Removed restriction from negotiating at rebel, cartels are still a no go.
    - Removed requirement to announce yourself before throwing a flash bang
    - Removed requirement to have lights on when speeding
    - Clarified Searching/Seizing while in combat, You may search/seize contraband from a player or vehicle at any time or place even if in combat.
    - Clarified Vehicle seizing, Vehicles still require all clear to be given before impounding or seizing unless inside of a HQ
    - Clarified Abandoned Vehicle Searching/Impounding, If a vehicle is abandoned and the driver is wanted for more than $500 or is parked in an illegal area you may search otherwise impound.
    - Under Ticketing Removed Murder of APD personnel - 100% ticket (Is covered under Aggressive), Removed if HQ is attacked must be given 100% ticket.
    - Higher up request removed "Attempt to" Now reads,  You are required to contact any officer currently on the server who has a higher rank than you, even if you think the suspect's reasons for a higher up are not legitimate.
    - Dealing with medics clarified
    - Changed reckless driving, no longer requires a verbal warning to issue a ticket.
    - Changed ticket guide for dirty money, removed "down to" now states round to the nearest 5K
     
    These changes were made to allow for more freedom for officers to play and RP the way they like. We felt the guidebook had become too bloated for its own good. This will also align the guidebook for a planned future implementation of version 3.0.

    Description: God DAMN this guy knows his rules.  He had Corporal+ knowledge on day 4 of his cadet week.  Could 100% correctly answer every one of my policy questions and even got about 90% of my hard mode extra credit questions right.  Competent and aware in combat, knows when to guard the gate or take care of searching/processing without needing to be told.  10/10 I want copies of this guy

    7.9.0: Rap Sheet
    We are now storing your criminal history for the APD to view in game.  They can view the crimes you have been jailed, paid a ticket for, or turned yourself in at a courthouse for the last 24 hours - as well as the last week.  The list updates roughly every five (5) minutes, so it's not 100% real time.  
    To access the criminal records system, the APD officer must be sitting in the driver seat of a vehicle.  Scroll wheel and look for the blue menu item.  
    There are other things we have planned for this data in the future as well.  Hopefully we will have that ready for you shortly.  
    Other misc. features and bug fixes: (The following was written entirely by Gnashes, not me)
    Checking Vehicle registration will now prevent vehicles from de-spawning The speed camera hint wording has been tweaked Players can now press "U" to open any unlocked door in the world. (It will still lock/unlock your own house doors) Players will no longer receive a confirmation option when kicked from a gang The Police Restrain Hotkey now only works on downed or surrendered players Tilde no longer requires you to hold the key down. A 5 second period of name~y-ness will now follow each tilde press Police officers will get a confirmation when ticketing or pardoning a player on parole Your body should no longer continue performing its last action prior to being downed when you awake Cartel Progress bars are now one layer higher. Other actions will show semi-transparent below the cartel bar Police officers will no longer lose control of their vehicles when notified of guard duty Captains no longer have to unhide their rank in order for players they revive to have no debuff The Federal Reserve may be robbed regardless of the current number of online cops provided enough were online when it started Vehicle Garages have reduced the distance from which they will fetch your vehicles upon storage Pulling unconscious players from a vehicle will no longer automatically lock the vehicle Undercover Pilot Coveralls will now correctly stay CSAT colored Undercover officers wearing Pilot Coveralls may change into Police Coveralls by showing their rank within a vehicle (and visa-versa) Anyone within a gang may access the Turf Clothing Shop and Turf Market. The Turf Market has been adjusted slightly accordingly Player names with special characters will be significantly less likely to break formatted messages, hints, and alerts Police officers who are downed, restrained, or surrender will no longer continue to stop the bank drill The Prison Auxillary Power marker has been changed to a less blue color "Gather Heroin" now correctly says "Gather Opium" in the heroin field Fixed various exploits Please thank @Gnashes for all his work on this patch.  He's doing tons of quality of life stuff behind the scenes for the community.  
    We are knocking out a few final bugs with the patch.  We hope to have this out tonight, but it may be tomorrow before we release the update.
    Hotfix 1:
    Being Flashbanged should no longer delete NVGs if your inventory is full Tanoan Turfs now allow anyone in the gang to access them as well Cartel Progress bar should properly vanish now Police Checkpoint items are no longer invincible. Restrain hotkey now works for civiians as well as police; and is bound exclusively to User Action 4
