I remember the days when the admins would have events for capturing the convoy full of gold bars. The AIA (Altis Inteligence Agency) and -i- (Innovative) used to be neck and neck in these events. They won a couple we won a couple and then we both got payouts twice because other gangs were involved but AIA and Innovative always came out on top.
I would love to see another event like this. Maybe you guys could load up a convoy of your own and challenge the server to stop you before you reach a certain destination. Offer a reward to the people who stop you or load valuables within your convoy for the civilians to try and capture/claim. Of course this will not be working WITH the other citizens but it might give some folks a chance to see something new, something only us old timers seen back in the days of full servers.
It really depends on what you guys are willing to put into these events. Its easy to get people to follow through with drug runs but that's kinda what we all do anyways, with or without protection.
