I recommend the i7 7700k very good, runs smooth and great for over clocking. I would also recommend updating your ram to Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4. I have a 1080 and its great but like Sean said any 1000 series is a good upgrade.

get a new CPU, arma 3 is very CPU dependant and so it requires alot of processing power or get a new GPU depending on the type you have, steer away from amd because amd is shit, aim for 4 GHz processor and you will have upwards of 80 fps with ease
