RDM isn't initiation. You would be initiated on them meaning you could kill them(although medics cant fight), but providing you don't fight back they cant just kill you again as it would still be RDM.

Medics are never going to be red, You only become red if you shoot someone.

If you are in a group when you die you cant spawn in the gang house. At least that's what I've found.
