hey i was thinking about how a good way to make carrier lites would be so something new was in the game i was thinking if shears were added to the market and you had to harvest wool/cloth from the goats and put that with iron to make carrier lites would be a great way

What about more boat spawns? Alts is an island after all. I see the piers all the time. You could even leave them unmarked on the map to avoid clutter. 
Maybe even houses that are really close to the shore could spawn boats. IDK just and idea. a

It seems like on server 4 once the player count gets above 80-90 the server severely lags then does its kick every 15-30 minutes while the player count is this high. Also while this is happening my fps continues to decrease from 70-100 to around the 20 range. Could there be some kind of script that is constantly running when the player count reaches that possibly spawning something in or continuously running to cause the decrease in fps? 

I remember long ago all servers used to be 100/100 and this shit never happened....

will this ever be resolved seems to be getting worse and worse, when it happens server 4 is unplayable, people loosing so much money, also every time you get kicked say goodbye to your Y inv. cant count how many times ive lost dirty money or helis from these kicks.

Crafting Recipes:
The crafting of various items can be completed in Asylum. This is done at either the Black Market, Vehicle or Firearms production facilities which can be found on the map in-game. It requires the following recipes to create the various items.
Vehicle Production Factory:
  Black Market Production: (With Arms Dealer Cartel):     Firearm Production Factory: 
 
Crafting Recipes with Turf (Panagia) :
All recipes can be completed using reduced materials if the crafter is a member of the gang in possession of the turf at Panagia (DP23). Panagia Reduces the cost of crafting by 20 - 25%.

I don't know where the servers are located. All I know is I get a 120 ping at best on all the servers. So I'm just assuming they are east coast. Would it even be possible to have 1 of the servers on the west coast so people on this side of the country get a better ping? Does the ping even matter that much? Maybe the servers are located in my backyard and the ping is high for another reason.
