I thank you for being concerned about Altis Police Department.
I can assure you, at this point in time, there is no lack of "power" and no one person is solely responsible for the paradigm shift you believe there is.
While we can all sit here and name a handful of good officers that deserve the role, we cannot leave this choice to a popular vote. That has led to plenty of issues in the past.
I think I can speak for all of the Captains and assure you we will observe and review our options of those eligible for the rank.
Regards
The Captains

With @Morgan Lacerda retiring, there is a lack of power in the ranks of the APD, hereby i ask that the open LT role goes to @BlackShot.
Please, whoever is the current Chief of Police(i hope its not subaru), make it happen, please.

Don't know what to say, really...
I've had many all nighters, furious e-peen fights and RP nerd outs. Many new friends to account for it and many memories to truly cherish.
I appreciate everyone I've met in my time. You guys got me through many rough days, whether with work, school or other burdens. I could escape it all through this community.
I'd do the whole @ thing, but there's just too many names. You all know who you are. Much love.
Take care everyone.

Raiding houses is a touchy subject. I would definitely not give the average player the ability to open houses. It's bad enough dealing with the backlash of a bad Lieutenant/Captain house raid - let alone the average civilian.... Nightmare.
