Hello everyone.
 
Twenty four year old here. I started playing on one of the servers about two weeks ago. The experience here is definitely new for me. I'm just looking to do my time here and observe the atmospheres etc.. very interesting world.
In my short time here I think I have an idea of how things go too, which sort of influences my gameplay. Basically trust no one? Also don't speak in "side" chat?
1. 80% of players you meet will kill/rob you instantly.
2. 10% of players are either a variant of beggar, or are clearly way too gullible hence how many kids I encounter stranded  in the middle of Buttfuck Egypt. Makes me laugh every time. 
3. The last, and my personal favorite are the 10% I meet that want as little to do with me, as I do with them. I'd imagine we are probably all in our twentys as well?  Hats off to those guys.
 
Was I accurate? Anyhow I'm looking forward to the experiences I'll get here. It kind of has that whole ark survival vibe in a way. It'll be fun. Maybe I'll run into some of you on my travels.

i'm going to be taking you on a step by step process to removing daytime for your Armed Assault III gameplay.

Step 1.)
Go to your local Staples and purchase a large sheet of black construction paper and a roll of green cellophane wrap
 
Step 2.)
using safety scissors, carefully cut out an oval shape in your black construction paper, it's best to use something to help make a clean cut, like an astronauts helmet, as pictured below.

 
Step 3.)
Glue a section of green cellophane over the back of the construction paper, make sure it's big enough to cover the whole oval!
 
Step 4.
Now finally tape the finished product over your monitor and enjoy Arma in all of it's green, view prohibiting glory!
 

may i suggest to check the area once a day? i did it for a week and found 3 houses for up for grab at original price.

Also, keep in mind that Paratus, Bamf, Gnashes and I are not kids. We all work for a living. Gnashes works 60 hour weeks, Bamf travels, and Paratus and I are both software engineers for a living. Sometimes the last thing we want to do is come home and look at more code all night long. Also I'm extremely addicted to a certain game at the moment so I haven't been contributing at all.

Hey guys, I've been recently very satisfied with the new progress on the Tanoa life server, and I am also very, very enthused about becoming part of the community. Hopefully, I'll be able to provide a personality and maybe even skillset that the servers need in the future. Only time will tell, but in the meantime, time to enjoy a fun server!

I love having 25-30 people in Kavala just messing around. Last night there was a bunch of fun around the DMV as usual but in the good sense and not just someone shooting people down. A bunch of us sitting around on the benches and such with a rap battle, some guys beatboxing, and everyone having a good time. Also the suicide vest guy was funny too. Some of the police were amazing too (can't name names but you know who you are lol)

Asylum is the best and by far the most active RP server that is open to everyone without having to gain special access to play.

I come from way back in the beginning of Altis, I was in another community which is now dead, although I've been getting to know some people on here, and seeing how things play out. I am impressed so far, you guys seem great. I am hoping to join the APD once i've been around for two weeks, that is what I love to do. Hope to meet more of you soon!

I don't see where people get off saying Donald Trump is a racist. Building a wall to stop illegal activities from happening doesn't say "Hey I am a Racist because Fuck Mexicans". Illegal immigration is just that, Illegal. There have been multiple people that have come out in support of Trump who are not white but lets sweep them under a rug because they are brain washed to do the white mans bidding. 
On the other hand Hillary is just as fucked up as they come. She wouldn't be able to tell you the truth to much of anything even if the truth was tattooed on her forehead. 
Lets vote for the lesser of 2 evils here. I am not for Trump but I am sure as hell not voting for someone that is willing to sacrifice American lives to keep her interests alive and well.

Following up on your edit:
I apologize that you were not invited to the gang in-game in a timely fashion. However, let me explain a few things.
1) There are only certain people who are actually able to invite you to the gang in-game, they have to be at least a gang rank 2. Our personal gang ranking system does not directly reflect the ranks in-game. As such, there are only 5 people currently who can invite you to the gang, one of which is me and I have not been able to be on much the past few weeks.
That means in order for you to be invited to the gang you had to be in-game at the same time as one of only 4 other people (in a 30+ person gang), which can get difficult now that school is in full swing for everyone. It's not an activity issue, it is a timing issue.
It's not as easy as just making more people rank 2, because rank 2s can also take money from the gang bank account at will. That makes it a highly scrutinized position. It would be nice if invite power was made available to lower ranks, but as it stands currently we have to work with what we're given.
2) Looking at the Teamspeak server logs, I understand what appears to have happened. The first 2 days following your recruitment you were in our TS for typically more than an hour each day.
However, by the third day, you were spending 20-45 minutes in the TS at a time, at spread out points in the day, with blocks of more than an hour only occurring at typically inactive times like late night or early afternoon. 
This is not to say you did anything wrong. You should have received an invite within those first few days. However, the shorter blocks on the following days helped to decrease the likelihood of logging in at the same time as an officer who could invite you. Again, timing issue over activity issue.
3) I will make sure to ask the recruiter who did your interview about why you were not invited to the gang at the time of your recruitment. I'm sure that there is a valid reason why it didn't happen immediately. Once I discuss it with him, I will get back to you and explain further what happened.
4) I'm unfortunately not able to see if you attempted to reach out to any officers about the issue, so I will have to talk to them about it when I get a chance. Several of our officers regularly sit in the AFK channel when they are offline, but will respond to messages or pokes when they return. If you did not make an effort to reach out to them, then they likely did not know you needed to be helped when they were online to do something about it.
However, if you did talk to an officer about it, please let me know who that officer was and what you told them.
