New Drug: Jenkem

I was recently challenged to make a SHITTY suggestion by @william

Since we lost whiskey the time for this suggestion is RIPE

My suggestion is it's HIGH time we add Jenkem to this server.

New drug that can be collected, stored in houses to ferment, and be sold at drug dealer.
Ingredients: Empty Water Bottle, balloon (sold at markets), Human Waste (gathered at any porta-potty on the map) and a blender function added to the crank RV

You process all of the ingredients at the crank RV to produce a vitem called "Shit filled bottle"
You then store the "Shit Filled Bottle" in a house. After 4 restarts it turns into "Jenkem Balloon", which can be sold at drug dealer for $200 or optionally inhaled for the title "Fart Huffer" and a 40% reduction in recoil for 2 seconds, that stacks up to 2 minutes depending on how many Jenkem balloons you huff.

It's time Asylum updates with a classier drug, one that's attainable for even the poorest among us, especially considering the hard times that have befallen many since the casino was added back.

Good people of Asylum, I encourage you to back this suggestion, and advocate bringing this wonderful medicinal drug with many health  benefits to our island!
