its called ban appeal
Yes. The only thing I don't like about ban appeals is that only the banning admin can unban the player they banned. While I trust that there is no corruption within the admin core (banning someone for their friend because they didn't get their way in a situation) I'm sure people would like to have a second look at their ban and have a second opinion. There's a lot of shit you can get banned for and not even know it. You'll log in one day and you'll be faced with a ban you don't even remember doing, or wasn't your fault to begin with. It's unfortunate but I'm sure it happens.
The problem nowadays is that some people log on to Asylum just to get people banned. They literally log in and their first thought is "who can I get banned today?" Or "how many people can I get banned today?" You do something wrong and this person will scream "you're getting banned!!!" in side chat over and over and over. Everything is "BAN BAN BAN." There are problem people that intentionally exploit and mass RDM/VDM, script, etc. Sure, toss 'em in a fire pit and let them rot.
I accidentally crashed in to someone the other day and the first thing in side chat was "VDM, comp or ban." I couldn't believe what I saw. It was obviously a freak accident (two players driving at very high speeds passing each other on the highway and then colliding because they both tried to dodge the same way). I ignored them completely after apologizing (BIG MISTAKE) and I worried for the next 3 days waiting to log on to a VDM ban but luckily nothing ever came of it.
That's just a small sliver of what I've experienced. Could it be an extremely vocal minority? Or is this the community that Asylum has become, ban hungry veterans that treat Asylum like Call of Duty/CS:GO? We have to remember people, the Arma 3 servers for Asylum are roleplaying servers. I get it thrown at me a lot that "this isn't a roleplaying server." People laugh at me when I tell them they're not great at roleplaying. While it's not a "hardcore roleplaying server" it still is a roleplaying server and that should be your priority.
I'm going to end my small rant there!

Originally setup to allow for the sale of weapons / vehicles / items between players. Heavy on server resources so it was cut to improve performance.
Ah! That's unfortunate. It sounds like it would have been a great feature to have, especially being able to sell/trade vehicles between people.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love your signature - do you have a source?
To address your post, I'm not very familiar with the Asylum Exchange Mailbox but I can see how this feature would be fairly useful.
This is going to be slightly off topic but what is the AEM used for anyways? I know it's for compensations from support/admins but does it have any other use than that?

In order to create plates. Please search/collect metal around the prison grounds and use the machine in the main building to craft plates.
What does the metal look like? Where can I find it within the grounds? I've looked a lot and have never seen any "metal." Thanks!
edit: found it, it's the bins right behind the big machine in the main room.

Where's the other half of the conversation? You can't just post half of the conversation. It's like reading Harry Potter but only reading the even pages and skipping the odd ones.

@Haych well i looked at there change logs and according to them they added a good amount of stuff as one my imagine if the update is 10gb
You can just sift through the changelog. There aren't a lot of gameplay changes but lots of under-the-hood improvements.

@Promethieus if you ran a 32-bit would that affect preformance heavly or would it not.In other words is running a 64-bit from a 32-bit cause major diffrences.
Uhh that makes no sense. If you have a 32-bit operating system you are incapable of running a 64-bit program. Arma 3 now just has 64-bit capability for people who have 64-bit operating systems. It just has to do with how much memory the game can use I believe.

TL;DR: Added: An ability to select the game platform (32-bit or 64-bit). On 64-bit systems Launcher will start 64-bit version of the game by default.
64-bit Arma 3 so hopefully no more memory leaks and runs a lot better.

Spike strips are not "Cop only".If you want to get your hands on them you need to kidnap a cop RP with him and make him drop his gear.
Selling APD items to civilians is indeed corruption and may lead to blacklisting of an officer.
Obviously by "cop only" I meant only cops have ready access to them.

Aren't spike strips cop only? And isn't selling stuff as a cop to civilians against the cop rules too?

Saves enough for a helicopter @ $50k.
If you can save to get those, you can save to get anything. Then join a gang and go have fun with guns.
Congratulations Gnashes!
